Although the pictures weren’t exactly like listed, the place was warm and cozy! I loved the restroom and the space of the apartment and the fact that it can sleep many people given the space of the place!

My booking for this unit was for three days two nights. I did not even stay a night when entering the property. The apartment itself is not as pictured whatsoever. And within the first 20 minutes of my arrival noticed a roach crawling on the wall above the bed. When reaching out to the property manager about the situation, they offered house cleaning to arrive in the morning. I then explained that housekeeping does not offer the same services as pest control which would be more effective. I had to go out of my way and pay for a hotel for the night which cost about the same as my stay. When asking to refund, the property manager did not reply to my text via the app or over the phone. Completely ignored my issue and continued to disregard my concerns and my financial issue. When reaching out to Vrbo support, they advise me to reach out to the property manager and in return created a loop of unsporting parties between the property manager and the app itself. My very last time booking a unit on this app and this unit is the reason why.
