"This was the perfect little spot for our quick get away. Being right there on the water was relaxing and beautiful! Only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes from the Ouachita State Park, in the quiet country side. Very clean and comfy. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and respond in a timely manner."

"Property was reasonably priced and communication with the host was A. The issues were the property was very old/tired. The master bed was like sleeping in a pillow. I didn’t dare take a shower in the master bath. Tiles around the tub were jagged and caulk was missing. The chair in the master had a throw over it. I’m glad it was two dudes staying over the weekend. My wife would have refused"

"The condo was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean and had plenty of dishes and utensils. All of the rooms stayed pretty cool. We were worried about that after seeing the reviews but it was fine. Response times were quick when we had questions. This was a great stay and we would 100% recommend it."
