You will be just minutes away from beautiful downtown Hot Springs, all the local eats, shopping and Oaklawn Racing & Gaming! Quiet gated community with covered parking. This condo is nicely decorated and has everything you should need for an enjoyable lake vacation experience.

The space
Located just on the outside of town, yet close to all the local amenities. It has a master suite with king bed, flat screen tv and private master bath. In the living/dining area you will find a fireplace, large flat screen tv with cable and free wi-fi, to make you feel right at home. There is a small balcony with partial lake view. Hot Springs has many great restaurants but should you decide to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for that special dinner. Enjoy grilling out on the patio area by the beautiful swimming pool or take in a game of tennis.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING! Maximum occupancy is 2. Must be 25 or older to rent & show proof of age! This is a NON-SMOKING facility. We also have a 2-bedroom condo available to rent, in the same complex, if you need more space.
