  • Welcome to Pagoda Hill Estate - Gangster Mansion as the locals call it! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in a beautifully restored historic house located in the Uptown/Downtown area. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking and biking trails including the Hot Springs National Park and the Northwoods!

    INDOOR LIVING
    Walk in the front door to be greeted with a majestic, winding staircase that brings charm and character to Pagoda Hill Estate. To the left you will see the dining room to gather with seating up to ten for the home cooked meals. To the right you will see the great room/den where TV can be watched along with playing shuffle board. One the first floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, bar area, half bathroom and bedroom1. Walk up the wooden staircase to the second floor. To the left of the staircase there is bedroom2, and two full bathrooms. To the right of the staircase there is bedrooms3-5. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack to help access personal belongings easier!

    OUTDOOR LIVING
    Enjoy the surroundings on the wrap around porch sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Gather around the fire pit in the courtyard.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

    Bedroom2: king bed w/ en-suite bathroom and trundle bed.
    Bedroom3: queen
    Bedroom4: queen
    Bedroom5: bunk bed w/ trundle

    KITCHEN
    Fully-equipped kitchen to cook those home meals away from home. Kitchen comes with utensils, dishes, coffee maker (regular drip and Keurig), pots and pans, and more!

    TVs in every room. Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App)
    Wi-Fi throughout home!
    Play some shuffle board in the den/great room area or play cards at the game table!

Family Holiday

Wonderful stay at this historic home with plenty of space to spread out and still gather. Plenty of games to keep many entertained!! The hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Great location for any type of adventure you are looking for.

Loved the House

We loved our stay in the home. It was only a few minutes away from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely say again when back in the area. The home was well supplied with things needed to stay.

The Pagoda had plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The courtyard with seating and fire pit was a hit. Away from the downtown businesses but just close enough if anything was needed.

Nice Find close to Northwoods

Very spacious house with great location near both downtown, and the mountain biking trails at Northwoods. Check in process was very easy and excellent communication. Nice to avoid downtown traffic when heading to the trails.

Hot WOW Springs

House was awesome very roomy with a stately, modern, eclectic vibe and that staircase! Stephen and Meritt are very attentive and quick to respond…great hosts. We were busy from sunrise to sunset with fun filled activities and fabulous food! Definitely worth another visit!

Amazing House

This was such an amazing house- the charm is unmatched! I didn’t want to leave!! Hosts were super responsive- the house had everything you needed, which is amazing! The extras just made is even better! So close to National park and Bathrow…be sure to try wills cinnamon rolls! And need to come back for coffee shop!

WONDERFUL STAY!

We booked this house to accommodate our family and friends for my daughter’s wedding at Anthony Chapel. The home is lovely, with so much charm and character! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The game room provided fun and entertainment for all and the front porch was a favorite gathering place! Great location, close to all we needed. We hope to return soon!!
