Located on Lake Hamilton, just off Central Avenue, you'll love this gated, first-floor, studio condominium with panoramic lake views!

The studio includes a king-size bed covered in luxury linens, one full bath, a kitchenette, dining and sitting area - perfect for two (2) people. The kitchenette is stocked for cooking, with a coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave. Enjoy gorgeous lake views from your private patio just steps away from the boardwalk. There is a large flat screen television in the sitting area if lake activities leave you tired.

In the center of it all, the studio's location can't be beat! Sitting on Lake Hamilton, you'll be minutes from Oaklawn Racing and Casino, have easy access to marinas and be within walking distance to various popular restaurants. Boats and trailers are not allowed in the gated community per POA bylaws.

We loved being able to walk out the back door and in a few steps, being on the boat dock fishing. The bed was very comfortable and everything was as described. The only cons I have are not being allowed to park in the empty garage and not being allowed to use the pool.

I thought the bed was too soft. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen, which we only use the small fridge for bottled water. Not sure why so many ants in the kitchen and coming in through back doir.

It was a great stay! We loved the location and the view was stunning. We had our coffee by the lake each morning. It was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are two comfortable chairs and a small 4 seat table. Perfect for a 2 person stay. The kitchen was only a mini fridge and a microwave so not really suitable for cooking, but that suited us fine. You’re so close to a ton of great restaurants so we surely didn’t need a full kitchen! We would definitely stay again! The location, beautiful view, and comfort of the room made it a wonderful long weekend!!

The condo was the perfect intimate getaway that we needed. The view on the lake was priceless. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely look up the condo options off Hamilton Lake.

October was the perfect time of year for this. Soft evenings, warm days. The blinds were broken on some of the windows and could not be pulled up to see the view. After I alerted the host they contacted the property manager who was wonderful. He came quickly and figured out a temporary solution that kept the visit from being a total bust.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location is convenient being that it is close to many restaurants and fun attractions. I enjoyed being able to walk out the back door to a beautiful view and my partner and I fell in love with the dual shower head lol . Communication was a bit shaky in the beginning but the host had a legit reason as to why. Overall I give the condo/host 10/10! I plan on booking again !

Stayed here during a quick getaway from work on our way out to a wedding. There were some things we do wish were more disclosed in the property details, however, the host was at least quick to respond to our inquiries at the time. Would still stay again

Great place,and great people to work with! The location was convenient to everything. The accommodations were ver clean and well kept. The outside views were fantastic!! Our host went out oh his way to make our stay a great one!! NO COMPLAINTS!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a weekend getaway. We really liked the overall listing of this property for it seemed exactly what we were seeking. Upon our arrival the property is under major construction. Our back porch view was obstructed by scaffolding. There was a grill and other items shoved in a corner and two chairs to sit on that had old mildewed cushions. Inside there was mold on the wall behind the table. There was also mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I went to make coffee the first morning and the coffee filter had not been cleaned. I went to clean it out and there was hair and debris in the bottom that the filter sits in. The only positive thing I would say is that the bed was clean and comfortable. Also, the parking spot depicted in the listing you are not able to park there. You park across from the covered parking areas. It was nice that the property was gated.

Our stay, here were simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and wasn’t disappointed at all. My only gripe would be VRBO could have been a little more detailed with check in instructions such as gate code etc. look forward to returning in the future.
