"Room was in need of some maintenance. Wall sconce was cracked. Some trim work in the bathroom is needed and the furniture seemed too big for the small room. The sofa was comfortable. Awesome location. Other guests would smoke outside the main entrance so the smell was caught in the hallway. I realize that is not something you can manage really. "

"We had a really lovely time in The Pierce Suite! The owners were very responsive to our needs and highly communicative when needed. The room is AMAZING and it's in a delightful neighborhood. Strongly recommend! "

"The place was cozy and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the room and beds were very comfortable"

"Shower was not draining, could not find any trash bags or dish soap; wish the bedrooms had tvs and the kitchen was stocked with more cookware; some of the dishes in cabinets needed to be rewashed before using; would appreciate a light source in the living room; would suggest removing the desk and add more furniture, also would suggest removing couch from current wall as it is blocking the radiator heater and the curtains as well as the couch were extremely hot overall for the price fairly happy...

"The host, Chris was amazing, guiding us to his place, since we couldn’t find the entrance. Amenities were great, especially the cold water! Lovely house, comfortable beds. Would have loved to enjoy the outside seating area, will do so in the warmer weather. Only complaint was not knowing how to work the TV remotes! 2 TVs came on but channel changing was a mystery. The weekend was great though! Thanks, Chris!"
