"Room was nice and clean. Shower hot water supply was not that great. Heat pump on 30 didnt heat the unit sufficiently. No extra heaters in the rooms so we bought our own to heat the our bedroom. Outdoor pool wasn't very warm. Private spa was only just warm considering we ran only hot water to fill tub. Tub was grubby, could feel the uncleanliness on the sides.
Good location, nice staff, nice facilities, just a couple of things let it down a bit."

"Perfect for families!
We are super impressed staying at this little apartment. It was perfect for our families needs, very clean and tidy, the host was lovely and welcoming.
It was spacious and had a great layout and it was so warm when we checked in, with extra heaters/cooling fans. The main living had a king single and a double pull out sofa bed. It has a well equipped kitchen. Then off the kitchen through the door is a mini hallway with closet space, iron and hair dryer + the bathroom. The...

"2 bedrooms room, Check in efficiency, staff nice, clean, the room is big, can park vehicle in front of department, however must need to transfer luggage upon the staircase ypurself. Only one bathroom, and the other is only washroom. The shower is only attached on the wall."

"The host is flexible and really lovely to communicate with. We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. Easy to find and convenient with parking right outside our unit. The only improvement to note would be the pillows. Very satisfied, would return :)"

"The house was in a beautiful location. It is easy to get to the city and attractions very easily. The kitchen was nice but it was missing several important items: No hot pads, No bake ware that can go in the oven. Not enough dished for more than two people. "
