"This is a lovely location. We stayed in the Rosakind carriage house. We had an faulty outlet in the bathroom whi h was replaced almost immediately aftdr I notifed the host. I has bo central heating bit plug ins work fine. Bring your socks or slippers. No shoes reqyested. One thing to know, we stayed 4 nights. All went well e xxept on Saturday night simeone stayed abive us who cane in at 2:40, then were very active in the bedroom for what seened like forever. You can definitely hear stuff like...

"It was a comfortable place to sleep and shower. Would recommend not using scented fresheners in the room. On arrival there was a strong peppermint scent that was unpleasant for us."

"This place was perfect. It’s a little small when you folded out the couch bed. But it is simple and met our needs. The coffee was actually really good. The best part is that it was so walkable to the theaters and all the downtown shopping."

"Such a great hotel with so much history! It has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. The hosts were friendly and inviting, sharing so much of the hotel's history with us. The hotel is clean and spacious, set in a prefect location. We were able to walk from the hotel to explore shops, restaurants, Lithia Park, and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!"
