Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort
"The Sheraton Waikiki is an exceptional hotel with spacious, clean rooms, though its brunch buffet on the 30th floor is disappointing. The lobby resembles a shopping mall, and for future Honolulu visits, I'd prefer a smaller resort."

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
"The stay, staff, and amenities were great but the room upon arrival was not very clean as it is at other Hyatt properties. There were chips in the carpet and on the floor. The carpet appears to have gotten a subpar vacuum and some hair in the bathroom."

"My reservation was for part Oceanview and put me in 811 the only I can see was the broken hot top the sink was plugged the shower too the floor was not really clean I was feeling like I’m just other person not very important I mentioned I was member of IHG that not really care the Last day offered ..."
