THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Parking was a little mis leading and the front counter desk was no help with that. Once we found our parking pass we were all set, the door code was supposed to be easy last 4 digits of our phone number and it was but was behind the 3:00 check in point. Once we called and clarified it was that number all worked. Frustrated the level 6 amenities were closed and had no idea. Picked this building particularly because of that, no discount or anything from that being not accessible. Lobby was nice, room was clean and very happy with that, trash and laundry access was hard to find but eventually found access for those. Happy with our stay but would have rather had better clarity of the current conditions of construction going on for amenities offered.

Lovely property and great view! I would gladly stay here again! Everything was easy to use. The distance to the beach and shops was perfect! We were able to see the sunset from our balcony or walk to the beach to watch it. Everything we needed from meals, to a million ABC shops was within 3-5 minute walk.

We're familiar with the property having stayed here several times before. This unit was by far one of the tops we've had. It was super clean, well done, very nicely furnished. Property is always nice, clean and maintained and has nice coffee shop and little store on ground floor. Super close to beach (2 blocks) and attractions.

It was exactly as listed, very beautiful and the view was amazing. We were worried about the elevators since we read they were renovating one at a time, but we had no issues and they were quick. An umbrella for the beach would be nice to have.

Unit was very nice and clean. Good parking and very convenient. Kitchen well equipped. Building amenities under renovation, so no place to relax outside of the unit. Other common areas in the building were old. Lot of noise due to the pool deck renovation. Some blackout shades would be helpful.

The Only Way To Stay When in Waikiki

The Penthouse Was truly amazing when i first opened the room door and seen the view from the bedroom window i literally said OH MY GOD out loud its that AMAZING . The room was extremely clean and nice and cold. We had no issues what so ever and the host was extremely responsive to any question we had which wasn't many . We will 100% be staying in this penthouse again when we come for our yearly trip. Parking was easy and quick and just everything about it was A and when your in the elevator and people see you hit the 38th floor they always have something to say lmao like OH WOW YOU GUYS HAVE A PENTHOUSE LOL so it makes you feel good .Do not hesitate to book this room you ONLY LIVE ONCE and its a room you will forever remember. Thanks again for a trip that will forever be remembered .

Perfect view and location!

The listing is exactly how the condo looks once you arrive! We were a block from the beach and walked all over Waikiki! We enjoyed the free parking which made traveling all over the island easy! We always had parking and felt comfortable! Security was great especially after we witnessed a fight break out at the entrance of the parking garage. The room is as described, always hot water and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Few issues that needed fixed, the outlets near the bed do not work, no hair dryer which both were not a Problem because there are plenty of plug ins everywhere. Surround sound does not have a remote? You get one small blanket otherwise you sleep with a thin sheet. I do not like that you only get two beach towels and two normal towels for your entire stay. It costs more to get extra which for the price we pay is ridiculous. The washer and dryers are not efficient and require multiple times to dry towels. Trash Shute was easy to access at the end of the hall. Let’s talk about the electors. There are a total of 4 and usually only 2 work. You are crammed in like sardines. People waited anywhere from 45 to 1 1/2 hours to get on one. On the top floor you wait a long time. The workers are very rude when it comes to elevators, they will squeeze on one with their carts and do not care. Truly rude for people who pay a lot of money to stay at your place.Otherwise perfect stay! Would stay here again

Great location, nice view

We were pleased with the view from the property and with the amenities. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the bed was very comfortable. We had 2 people and there was plenty of room for both of us. The place was well kept and clean. We were just a short, 5-minute walk to Waikiki beach and there were many restaurants nearby.

Fantastic!

Beautiful view of ocean and downtown Waikiki. Clean, modern, roomy and safe. Kitchen well equipped. Beach chairs, towels and cooler provided for day trips or short walk to beach. Laundry at end of hall, can pay with app so no change needed! Great hotel amenities and small on site grocery and café are awesome. Walk to restaurants for some of the best food around. Affordable buses also easily accessed for luxury shopping or sightseeing. We rented a car and appreciated having parking included!! Security folks very friendly and garage is safe and secure. Thanks Midway Vacations for great communication and an enjoyable stay for the Oahu leg of our trip!

May Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. The place is even more gorgeous in person, with an incredibly comfortable bed and solid construction all around. The location was very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants and the communications from Midway Vacations were clear and easy to understand. We will be back!

beautifully re-modeled condo with great views

loved to stay here again! the host was great at communicating all the necessary information. the place was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Waikiki central

Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Great view but go to beach if you want sunset. Nice condo, iffy older building/neighborhood.

大変素晴らしい部屋でした

建物自体は相当古いですが、この部屋は全ての調度品、設備が大変に綺麗で使いやすく、快適に過ごせました。 38階ということで窓から海も綺麗に見えます。ただ、方角的にHILTONの花火やダイヤモンドヘッドは見えません。 ただ一つ難点があるとすればエアコンが使いにくく音も気になりました。 個人的にはHy'sまで徒歩4分というのが最高です。
