  • This spacious condo is located on the 7th floor of the Ilikai Hotel. Enjoy the coveted yacht harbor view and the Hawaiian breeze from your spacious lanai!

    ***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 7/27/2026 - 8/7/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in April 2027

    AMENITIES
    Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

    BUILDING AMENITIES
    The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Loud air-conditioning unit

Everything I mean everything was fine with the exception of the loud air conditioner. The unit was clean and comfortable and the hotel is a great location

VERY NICE CONDO WITH LOVELY VIEW , VERY NOISY WHEN THE ILIKAI PLAYS MUSIC ON WEEKENDS!

One of my friends is interested in renting and asked how the bed was, it is very confortable but my friend who stayed one week out of the month that I rented did not open the sofa bed as it needs to be replaced. He slept on top. My friend would need a new sofa for the other person, they rent for three months.

Nice location but unit is

I have been a longtime visitor to Waikiki and am familiar with many of the properties in the area . I was celebrating my birthday. I choose this unit because the location is great and has awesome ocean views. Terrific sunsets too and it over looks the boat harbor. However the unit is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and repairs . Due to wear and tear it requires replacing the flooring and painting . I had to present the management with several unacceptable conditions. Dirty stove, floors and dirt in the silverware drawers and cabinets , and heavy dust to name a few upon check in. They addressed most of them and I even had scrubbed the floors myself . The lanai was filthy . I don’t understand why there are only roller shades that are filtering light but no darkening curtains. The unit has ample space also the divider in the bedroom was nice and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cook ware. I believe this unit could be updated and cleaned to keep it from any further deterioration on a regular basis. I believe it has amazing potential if it were addressed .
