Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you're just steps to great dining, shopping and entertainment. This is a cozy condo, best suited to 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults (not 4 adults). Interior 487sf + 85sf lanai/balcony. 3 adults max OR 2 adults/2 children.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block from beautiful Waikiki Beach!

This was good for a last minute place to stay. It was the cheapest thing we could find that looked decent. I had read reviews mentioning some cleanliness issues and those turned out to do true. The shower head was gross looking and there was a fire hazard with power strips plugged into power strips into a power strip plug in the outlet. Major fire hazard. We unplugged it during our stay which also unplugged the wifi but that could have probably been plugged into the wall separately. There were dish washer pods and laundry pods provided. We did not do any laundry while we were there. The small dishwasher was partially broken and there was a Jimmy rig string to keep the dish washer pod compartment shut. A little annoying. Communication with check in was easy. Check out was also easy. The free parking was nice as well. Very short walk to the free parking and it was in fact free.

La communication, les commodités, Vincent est un super hôte. C’est à proximité de tout la chambre est confortable, avec les bouchons d’oreille s’était correcte pour le bruit. La facilité pour la buanderie et le stationnement. Il ont même retrouvé un objet précieux à moi et vont me le retourner Merci pour le séjour

It was pretty loud at night in the main bedroom. Additionally there was a blue light shining in the window which made sleeping difficult. Finally there was no AC in the bedroom which wasnt so nice.

Had problems reaching the two host contacts on arrival. Yuki eventually contacted me and apologized for the lack of response. A couple days into our stay, I contacted Mr. Yancey to find out where the air conditioner remote was located. We were frustrated with having to teach over the TV to control the A/C. Mr. Yancey said he would buy a remott if he couldn't locate one. We never recieved a remote or heard back from him since.

This place is a gem! Most everything you need is provided and the property is clean. The location is perfect and you can walk to anything so a car is not mandatory. The check in was efficient and communication was good. The Hilton's firework show can be viewed from the balcony. It can be a little noisy, but that is expected when in the middle of all the action!

Nice apartment but there was no broom to sweep up sand. There was also no cleaning spray to wipe down the counters. The photos were also deceiving in how big the apartment was. There were no instructions on how to leave the apartment on checkout day. But the place was nice and clean.

Great location

Great location for easy walk to all of the restaurants and Waikiki beach. Full view of fireworks set off from the Hilton on Friday nights from patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat provided which was nice for the beach. Free parking in open large lot less than 5 minute walk. Shave Ice at bottom of elevator. Window air conditioner that kept main room nice and cold, but back bedroom was a little warm, but thankfully bedroom has a ceiling fan. Definitely hear noise of the city at night in the bedroom, but that is to be expected with the location. Pull-out sofa bed more suitable for younger kids vs our two teenage kids. Shower and bathroom small but fine for us for our short stay. Overall great rental for the price.

For the price, it’s okay. The property itself is not the most updated or modern. The bathroom was very small and the shower was so small it was uncomfortable and i’m only 5’2! The window in the bedroom is very thin that you can hear absolutely everything when someone is walking by, talking, elevator coming, garbage truck in the mornings. We live in a big city so noise it usually doesn’t bother us but one of the nights there was a physical fight with police involved next door, and we were woken up from 2/3am-5pm. We were travelling with our 3 year old so it made us feel unsafe as the fight also caused large wall thudding and window banging on top of the screaming for hours. The sofa bed also had a very thin mattress pad and had a few springs or metal parts poking out the couch when it was laid out so we didn’t use it after noticing that. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with, the location was perfect to explore Waikiki on foot and it was nice they offered parking which was a 5ish mins walk from the apartment for exploring the rest of Honolulu. Shaved ice downstairs was also a major plus. Would I rebook here for next summer? Prob not, but i would check out Captain Cook for other properties they offer.

absolutely LOVED this place. parking is right around the corner if you rent a car, u walk down the street and the whole beach walk is right around the corner aswell. 5-10 minute walk from the main “touristy” waikiki beach, but there’s also a beach right by the apartment aswell. all in all this apartment was amazing and for sure will rent from here again in the near future.

Exactly what we needed, great location

The space was located in a part of Waikiki we prefer and enjoy and it was perfectly situated to access everything by foot. Parking was included which was located in a parking lot not nearby. It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and our 2 young kids. Clean and equipped with items we needed for the week we were there. As other reviewers mentioned, there is some very early morning noise from either garbage or delivery trucks which was easily heard through the bedroom window with the windows closed, but not as loud for our kids sleeping in the livingroom. Location was perfect even with that inconvenience and we would stay again.
