    The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
    Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late October 2026 through March 2027. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.
    Please Note:
    • The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe. (Questions? Feel free to reach out)
    • The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that timeframe.
    • Exterior balcony furniture will be removed during the affected work period.
    • Noise related to the project may occur during work hours.
    • The schedule may change due to weather or other unforeseen delays.

    -Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
    -Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
    -Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
    -Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
    -Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony. The hotel property is conveniently located next to the beach and we had an excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Awesome place!

Really appreciated the amenities included- kitchen gadgets, beach chairs/ bag/ coolers, everything you’d need. The location & building are beautiful. The room was mostly updated, bright, good storage and the patio with the AMAZING VIEW

It was absolutely fabulous. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. First time in Hawaii

I was really nervous about this trip because I was depending on accurate descriptions and reviews for everything, as I had no experience with traveling to Hawaii. This unit was exactly as it showed. Even the views of the beach and lagoon. It was awesome. The building that the unit was in was comfortable with eateries and a few shops. Easy walk to downtown Waikīkī. The parking was a bit expensive but 100% worth it and they were quick about getting your vehicle. We had front row seats for the Friday night Hilton fireworks from our balcony. Excellent stay and great location!

The View was awesome

I hate to be negative but I found it needed an update to clean the walls/paint. The bathroom is in need of a complete new bathroom (renovation). The kitchen area was just okay & the living space the couch was very uncomfortable as the bed & the pillows were horrible bc they were just too soft.

Location was great

We had a comfortable stay. The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the book that gave instruction on how to operate the TV was outdated so we had to call for help. Response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly.

Great location and superior condo

The condo was impeccably clean and the listing of amenities and view were exactly like the Vrbo listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and a view of the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean was a joy to wake to each morning. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants. The Ala Moana shopping center was a short 10-minute walk from the Ilikai. I only stayed 3 nights in the condo but I wished I had booked it for longer. I highly recommended this property to a single traveller, a couple, or a small family. I will definitely stay at this condo on my next trip to Waikiki.
