Building Notice: July 18, 2025
Starting the week of July 28, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from August 1, 2025, to October 16, 2025 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Mahalo for your understanding!

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure to guarantee a late check-out. If you arrive early in the morning, we recommend booking the night prior so you can access the unit once you arrive from the airport.
