  • The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
    Newly Remodeled Corner Unit with Stunning Ocean Views and Free Parking
    This upper floor condo has the best of both worlds, a birds-eye view of the bustling city and sparkling ocean. Better yet, is only a few short blocks from the World-Famous Waikiki beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen comes with a large Dining Area for your enjoyment. Please sit back and relax in the airy living area that includes a large flat screen TV and cozy couch. The lanai includes lounge chairs and side table so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the island sunrise!

    This unit has a great bedroom with a luxurious King-sized bed and an amazing view of the water. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we've got you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at the beach!

    Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. Semaine à O’ahu

Ce logement avait une vue superbe et c’est ce qui nous a charmé. Il est très bien situé si vous voulez passer du temps à Waikiki, mais il n’est pas difficile d’en sortir aussi en plus le stationnement est inclus ! Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour et l’arrivée c’est fait très facilement. Le logement était propre et c’est très lumineux.

Very clean and great location.

Very nice clean property within walking distance of everything you would need. Older building but condo updated. Currently doing renovations on building and pool are which will make it nicer.

Overall good - few improvements could be made

Overall it was a good stay. Great deal with parking included and a pool. Cons: The TV in the room did not work and when I called they said someone would come in Monday (we arrived Saturday), however, no one ever showed. Luckily we were able to barrow a tv from family on island. The room could also benefit from a little maintenance, for example the shower handle is coming out of the wall.

Free parking was one of our requirements and with a pass for the day it was great. Located about 1-1/2 blocks from beach, there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The condo is relatively open and has a lovely balcony with a few chairs. Great place for having morning coffee. While everything was clean, the place is older build and there were some stains on the sofa. Sofa bed was comfortable. We had some issues in the bathroom. Water in the shower wouldn't come on until we were told the secret to it. They did replace the hot/cold controller. And the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The KOKO RESORTS has a special email address for maintenance and is available by phone as well to resolve any issues. Be sure to take the key in the desk with you if you are going to come back later in the evening as they lock the garage doors to the elevators. (oh, and they provide a boogie board and some beach chairs for you to use as well). All in all, it is a good stay.

Perfect Stay

One of the few places with parking included in the price. This place is on the 22nd floor and has a stunning view of the city, the ocean, and from the balcony and bedroom windows you can see the mountains on the other side. I’ve seen reviews for the Koko Resort at the Waikīkī Banyan noting issues with the WiFi, but we had none. We downloaded a movie on our iPad and it worked quickly and perfectly. Location is great. Walking distance from the Waikīkī mall, shopping, food, and Diamond Head. We didn’t request any kind of room service or towels from the staff, so I can’t speak to that, but the instructions were clear. The key to the sauna had a bottle opener attached to it, which turned out to be essential to turn the lock in the sauna door—glad the owner knew how hard it was to turn the lock and made it easy. They also had ice makers in the freezer which we really appreciated. It’s the little things—Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing views of mountains and Waikiki from the windows on both sides of the corner unit. Some decor modern, other hodge podge, like the ancient curtains. A little bit of effort and it’d be fantastic. Air conditioner ran great, but we found the dishes and kitchenware to be dirty and crusty at times. Unit is right across from laundry room and next to garbage chute, making it easy for us to clean up and clean our clothes without much hassle. Having a parking spot was great, though the spaces are a bit tight at times.

Great place to rest

Hotel was right outside the busier parts of Waikiki and close to the Zoo/Freeway route. Great sleeping accommodations, Friendly staff and neighbors tooOverall experience was a 5 star! Will book again
