Welcome to your home away from home! This updated (2021) condo is the perfect launching point to explore all that Waikiki and Oahu have to offer! FREE Wi-Fi and parking at nearby lot. Secured building/elevator. Located in the newly revitalized Waikiki Beach Walk area, you're just steps to great dining, shopping and entertainment, and just 1 block to beautiful Waikiki Beach. This is a COMPACT condo (487-sqft interior + 85-sqft lanai/balcony), best suited for 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults max.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block from beautiful Waikiki Beach!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Overall it was a positive experience. We’ve stayed in that building before in a different unit. Clean, had essentially everything you need for your stay. The biggest downside was the bathroom size. It’s essentially a long closet. 2 people cannot walk past each other. I’m a 5’ tall, petit person and felt cramped in there.

Loved this condo. It was right in the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to everything. Even the parking spot that was included wasn't even far from the condo. The condo was definitely modern. It fit perfectly for my family of 4. We now have an adult child and a 14 year old. We didn't feel tight at all. The restroom was a little snug, but it still worked. The front room was a little warmer than the rest of the living area, but there was an extra fan and a ceiling fan that helped cool the room down. Overall everything about the condo was perfect. It was also easy messaging with the property manager. His directions for checking in was easy to follow too. Only thing I noticed was the top of the curtains needed to be dusted, but that's an easy fix. We would definitely come back and book this condo again.

Great place

If you want to be in the center of Waikīkī and are on a budget this is your place. Kids will love the shave ice place on the ground level of the building. The Friday fireworks at Hilton are visible from the Lanai. We brought half as much stuff in our suitcases and did laundry on site. The parking garage is a 3-4 block walk through a nice park.

Fantastic Location!!!

This condo is in a fantastic location! Nice balcony. Comfy bed. Towels were fresh and plentiful. We kept the air off and the windows open which meant big city noise (no big deal for us). We would stay here again, especially because of the location. The drawbacks were the very small bathroom, and the living room rug needs to be professionally cleaned.

Girls trip

Zero communication in VRBO. All through email which went to spam folder. Check in was confusing. Didn’t realize the unit was part of a named building. Manager meet up process to get in the room was interesting. Parking is about 2 blocks away. Unit windows are not good choice for the location. Very noisy area at night. We lost a lot of sleep during the time we stayed here. Common area of hallway and elevator smelled of marijuana. Not sure if we’d stay at this place again.

Perfect compact place, close to all things good in Waikiki

A perfect, compact place with all comforts, perfectly situated in Waikiki. Four grown ups could comfortably share this space for several nights. Clean and neat, and with all facilities you need. The place was located perfectly in close vicinity to Waikiki Beach as well as to the main street with shopping and restaurants. The host, Paul, was easy to get in touch with and very helpful with the check in process as well as other useful information. Perfect also with the included parking space for our rented vehicle during our stay.

Lovely little apartment

This was a great place to call home for a week. Easy walk to everywhere in Waikiki. I really appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel! And property manager was very responsive— when I reported there was no cutting board, he brought one over that day. A couple small issues: the bedroom windows were thin, so whenever the loud guests in the unit next door walked by, it was like having them in with bed with us. None of the three kitchen clocks were accurate. And I couldn’t figure out how to program the tv to watch the World Series, which was on a basic broadcast channel!

Great location

Condo worked perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a closed bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener. As mentioned in other reviews, bathroom is very small but met all the necessities. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. We rented a car for our stay and free parking was easy in and out each day for our trips around Oahu. We ate in condo each morning and kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Beach chairs were a nice add. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation Property

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon. The location was amazing for shopping, restaurants, and beach access. The unit was only a couple minute walk to the water, a bit crowded but not as many people as the main access to Waikiki beach about a half mile walk down the road. We had a few activities planned and we were able to arrange pick up within a 5 minute walk each time. The parking lot (which was no charge, a huge plus) for our rental car was very close and secure as well. The ac didn't quite reach the bedroom but it was always a comfortable temperature anyway. The bathroom is small but we had no issues with the size, just enough to do what is needed! The kitchen had basic necessities for cooking. We had an okay view and the balcony was nice to sit at for some fresh air. The staff were very nice and answered questions as needed. We would absolutely stay here again!
