Take advantage of the amazing location of this Kuhio Village studio, right in the heart of Waikiki. In addition to the full bath, quaint kitchenette/dining area for 2, and private lanai with outdoor furniture, this unit features a flatscreen tv, wifi/cable, and ac. Located right on Kuhio Ave., in a secured building, our guests enjoy easy access to Waikiki's plentiful shops, restaurants, nightlife, activities, and more!

KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchenette includes a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, small fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Plus, a small bar table with seating for 2.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2).

BATH
This unit includes a full bath with tub/shower combo and separate single sink vanity.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Featuring a private lanai with city views and outdoor seating for 2.

The Kuhio Village community offers elevators, secured entry, security, building manager and 2 paid parking lots at either entrance.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $25-35/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

LOCATION
The Kuhio Village building offers easy access to Honolulu’s most upscale offerings, including the newly built International Market Place and Duke’s Lane. Take a short walk to the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center on Kalakaua Ave., then a little further to the soft-sanded beaches of Waikiki, where you can enjoy sunbathing, surfing, paddle boarding, and more! Other nearby attractions include Diamond Head State Monument, Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo, the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, and Ala Moana Center.

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

If you are elderly this is t the place for you. Bed low to the floor. It was a good mattress however. The sink,which is for the bathroom and kitchenette had no stopper. Bathroom had no grab bars or safety pad for the tub. Very slippery. No toaster as advertised. Lots of noise from the street all day and night. Rainbows out the front window were lovely. Contacted host took 3 days for an answer.

Clean room. Nice room. Conveniently located in downtown right on the outskirts so you are not right in the middle of it. Parking is challenging, the lot is not always available. Try and find street parking at the church or nearby the zoo. It is honestly better and more affordable. Wifi and TV did not work while we there so that was the only bummer about the room. Otherwise it was an awesome place to chill out!

Studio in the Waikiki area, just a few minutes from the beach and lots of food! The studio is a decent size for 2 people, the couch does open up to a futon if you don't want to share the queen bed. The lanai was kept clean and free of sand and dirt. Some cleanliness could have been improved - scuffs on walls, some food stains on dishes. Also note that there is only one sink for both dishwashing and bathroom. The right door under the sink is warped and needs to be repaired. Do note that this side of the building is loud as it faces the busy Kuhio street so earplugs would be a good idea. Even though the listing stated beach equipment provided, only a boogie board was given, no beach umbrellas, beach towels, or mats.

Was very clean and a perfect studio apartment for my 10 day stay. The front door lock took a little getting use to but the accommodations were just right.
