This exquisitely remodeled (2024) 4th-floor beachfront studio is a favorite with return guests! The unit has a 347-sqft interior plus 61-sqft balcony/lanai with table and chairs from which you'll enjoy fabulous partial ocean views and colorful sunsets!

Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Great stay! Arrived later than expected (a bit after midnight) property manager was still there to greet us and was very helpful getting us all situated! Location is epic, no need to rent a car unless you want to travel around, otherwise everything from great art and good food is within walking distance! See you all again!

This property is in the perfect location! Beach, bars and shops all within a few minutes walk. Being able to step out directly to Waikiki Beach was great! Condo was clean , equipped and perfect for extended stay. I will come back to this location!!

This was the perfect spot after long days of getting my daughter situated at college. It had everything we needed, was super cute and clean, and the location is perfect - quiet and next to the beach, yet next to everything you could need. I will definitely be coming back!

This condo is hands down the best location. Everything is in walking distance so really you don’t need a car. Bikes and e-scooters are easy to come by. You are just right before the crazy busy part of Waikiki which I love because you get the best of both. This is our 2nd time in this building will definitely be back we love Oahu!!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in May of 2024. It was perfect. The host Paul was extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was perfect. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean and swaying palm trees. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the closet. The shower was great and the bidet was a nice touch. The building is close to the ABC stores along with several shave ice places and many restaurants along Waikiki. We will stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable with side view of ocean, steps from the sand and conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Perfectly fit my needs for this trip.

The condo was generally nice and we would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well-maintained and seems to have upgrades done when needed. Walking distance to just about everything you need. Pros: location, parking close by; clean (except for tiny ants), good internet speed; well stocked kitchen and bathroom; good water pressure; comfortable bed; plenty of outlets and USB ports. Cons: check-in process more complicated than it has to be; tiny ants on floor and counter from day one; internet user and password on the modem high up on a shelf - why not have it written down on a paper?; toaster did not work; smoke alarm too sensitive - goes off for no real reason; no hot water one night; "intermittent" noise from landscaping was constant from 7:00am running all day (trimming trees & shrubs, shredding branches); partial ocean view obstructed by trees until the final day. I realize there's nothing the owner can do about the last 2 items, but an adjustment in the listing description might provide a little more accuracy.
