    THINGS TO KNOW

    Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather).



    Please be advised that all lanais are strictly OFF-LIMITS for the duration of the upcoming repair project, which is estimated to take 1–3 weeks. Dates of work TBD!



    To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply:



    Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed.



    No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day.



    Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant.



    Privacy:

    For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.

    Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

Location was great. Wonderful view. Host was responsiveRoom really had a stench. Assuming a clogged p trap. Sheets were left on pull out bed and were not clean.

Overall stay was excellent! The kitchen could use some new cooking pans (non stick) & the beds upgraded to queen size. I’m not a tall person 5’7” and my feet would hang off the end of the bed. This place had a very nice patio with seating and was equipped with beach items for the kiddos.The view from the patio overlooks a portion of the ocean & on Friday nights when they do the fireworks show there is no better spot than to be on the patio.Overall great stay!Thanks

Great views for Friday fireworks. Easy access to beach and lagoon. Close for walking to Ala Moana mall. Imo should be more for 3-4 people. I couldn’t imagine 6 adults being there. I felt like I was stepping over our party of 5;2 kids 3 adults.Could use more hooks for towels ( even an over the door rack). Need some more utensils/plates/cups if 6 people are suppose to be there. And the Information book needs to be updated with proper information. Overall not a bad stay.

Girls trip

It was a birthday for one of the three. Two out of three had never been to Hawaii. The location of this property was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Great stay! Amazing View!!

We had a great experience from the moment we unlocked the door to the room until we left. The view is spectacular!! The Friday night fireworks you can sit right on the lanai and have a perfect view! Walking distance to food and shops - we didn’t have a rental car our first 2 days and did not miss it. We parked at the harbor when we had a car and that was easy and close. With 6 people this place was plenty big enough and kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay at the same place.

Exactly as pictured!

The condo was very clean and comfortable! We love the Ilikai and have stayed there before, but this was by far the nicest and most comfortable condo. My only recommendation is to put in a small chest of drawers for clothes. There is limited places to put your clothes if you unpack.

Excellent Location, beautiul Views, Lovely clean property!

This property is really a great place to stay. Clean and nice it has everything you may need. Spectacular views of Waikiki beach and perfect little keiki pond. I'd say this property is ideal for a family of 5. We had a baby, a 5 and 6 year old and two old ladies. Lol. Perfect pools for kids and adults! I didnt see the hot tub.

Good stay

The place was clean and had a beautiful view, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working, and even though I reached out to the host, I didn’t receive any response or solution, which was disappointing. Also, the sleeping arrangement was a bit tight—there were only two beds for five people, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. It would be helpful if this was made clearer in the listing. That said, overall, we were fairly satisfied with our stay.

Perfect place

Where do I start? This place was perfect for me and my bestie to enjoy a girls trip. The room was designed well for the amount of space it was. Bathroom and shower were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Honestly I was planning on eating out at local restaurants each day but ended up cooking in the condo. The view was terrific and we were just steps away from the beach. There were sea turtles every day swimming with us. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounges for everyone. Shops were nice and had all the necessities we needed as well as souvenirs. I will definitely be back next year!

Great location. Nice partial ocean view

Area is all tile. Plentiful kitchen utensils although we didn’t use it much. Beds were easy to sleep in and pull out couch was utilized by the kids. Wife noticed true kitchen area flooring was a bit sticky and gritty but the rest of the studio was fine. Plenty of towels available as well as a couple boogie boards. Balcony had some nice comfortable chairs and some extra foldout chairs. Parking is valet (no self park) at $45/day l and the staff there are extremely personable and efficient to get your car whenever you need it. No need to check in at the lobby since this is a private own.

When I travel, I need to use WhatsApp to communicate in foreign countries. I found it difficult to communicate with Vacasa and we did not see a live person until our last day when a lady delivered some water and chocolate but she had the wrong suite. She was from Vacasa and seemed very nice. So I would appreciate a way of communicating that works for me. I do not have LD phoning on my Cell or Land line. Only in Canada. WhatsApp is a very common means of communicating. Thanks for asking
