    Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

    Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
    We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

    Rentals are not transferable to another party.

We had a great experience with our contactless arrival and departure to and from the hotel/condo. I like the fact that there’s laundry area in every floor. There are two things that I think they can improve in the room, that is to add more lighting in the kitchen and additional hook for the towels to hang. Other than that, we are very happy we booked our stay at Ilikai.

Nice accommodation

The room was nice and as described. It was clean. It had everything that we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The location was great for us. We were able to walk to local restaurants, the mall and of course the beach.

Needed more outlets, and some of them were to lose, so the charger would fall right off. Don't feed the pigeons they will come back in greater numbers! Everything else perfect,. don't know nothing about the pool, did not had time to go there!

Nice little apartment in Honolulu

We really enjoyed this apartment at the Ilikai in Honolulu. The location was excellent, about halfway between Waikiki and the Honolulu convention centre, and close to the beach. The apartment is not fancy or modern, but it was clean and it had everything we needed for the week. The only criticism I have is that there were not enough places to hang towels or wet bathing suits, etc.

Wonderful

Followed the instructions and had no problems. The room is exactly like the pictures, it’s pretty small but worth it. It did feel humid in there at times but it’s okay. The view was the best, they have chairs for you to take down to the beach. Although the curtain was broken and the sliding door gave me some trouble at times, I would stay here again.

Property Review

Good experience overall for the price. Property is on the street side so busy and noisy. Traffic is constant day and night. Easy access to beach. Renovated property but a few finishing touches missing- painting, baseboards. Kids loved the ice cream shop and the restaurant Pesca had a great happy hour with beautiful views.

Great rental!

My husband and I found this little gem and would return again. Our 3 kids and us fit just fine for what we needed. This is a great location and clean unit! The washer and dryer are hard to come by, most every floor they were out of service, though thats not the host's responsibility. The AC unit is loud but works and kinda drains out the street noise. Contacting the host was easy.

コインランドリーで、クレジット可となっていましたが、どのカードもエラーなってしまい、結局はQRコードを読み取りアプリをダウンロードし、チャージして使うことしかできなかった。それなら、最初からこの方しか使えないと表示してほしい。時間の無駄。 それに、洗濯機は、故障してるフロアが多く、上下のフロアまでいかなければならなかった。 子供がいたので、何度も洗濯したかったので、そこが不便に感じました。 それ以外は、良かったです。

Location location location!

We have stayed in Waikiki numerous times, but never down this way on the beach. The ilikai is hidden gem of a property that feels secluded from the busyness. The property has two great pools, restaurants and shops - and a short walk to Hilton Hawaiian village brings more options for dining and shopping. The shopping mall is also very walkable. 1417 at the Ilikai was perfect for my family - 2 adults and 2 kids. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The two beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed. We did not find the street to be too noisy - probably because we were so tired after our daytime adventures! The one main closet was big enough for all of our belongings. One thing we felt was missing was some hooks or additional bars to hang towels and wet swim wear in the bathroom. Laundry facilities were easy to find and use. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.
