Heart of Downtown 1 bedroom 1 bath condo 1 reserved parking

This 1 bedroom suite located in the heart of downtown in Executive Centre. Free parking is included! It is 15 minutes to Waikiki, airport. It has central AC, free wifi, and an on-site laundry room. If you don’t have a car, no problem, there are bus stops right outside and bikes you can rent. The kitchen has stove, microwave (with convection oven), refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, etc. The bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam Queen bed and sofa couch (folded down to small bed). The sofa couch could sleep 2 kids or one adult. The smart TV has cable TV and Showtime. The bedroom overlooks Tamarind square and a partial ocean view. There’s a desk and chair and 2 lamps. The blinds are blackout blinds.
The living room has a fold down sofa bed. It has the identical smart TV as the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Included are extra blankets and sheets. Iron and ironing board are in the closet.
You will have full access to the building’s amenities. They have a nice size swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant in the lobby. The building has 24/7 security.
I have lived on Oahu my entire life and can guide you on the best places to go and eat.
Check yourself in at your convenience, there is a lockbox on the door. We will give you the code upon check in. Ask about late check out, many times check out at noon is ok.
It can fit 2-3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 kids.

Great Location!

Great location in Downtown Honolulu (on the edge of historic Chinatown) - an easy walk to restaurants and markets and easy access to freeways. (A reserved parking spot was included in the fee!)Kelley was easy to work with and was very responsive to all my inquiries. She provided all needed info in a timely manner.My husband and I stayed for 11 nights. It was a good value, considering the spacious unit and excellent location.

Convenient and comfortable

Great location for all of our Honolulu based activities- scuba certification at nearby beaches, historic tours at Iolani Palace and Mission Houses, and strolls through Chinatown. We were 2 adults w 2 kids, and found the space large enough for our needs. The hot tub and pool were awesome and we enjoyed having a reserved parking space.

I love hotels.com Vito was very disappointed with the miscommunication because apparently the owner messaged you guys thinking I was getting the message as well and I didn’t so I got there and after a 9 hour flight I was on the phone for one hour and a half, my phone call was disconnected twice after 30 minutes each call then k finally got someone the third time I had my kids with me and no hotel. I also tried with someone on line and she couldn’t help me

Fun getaway in the middle of the heart of Honolulu

Perfect for our needs. Clean, has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Quiet while downtown Honolulu, close to HPU for families with kids attending local college. Pool was relaxing. Stores like Walmart and Ross nearly in building complex with amazing restaurants a short walk away. Would stay again!
