立地+コスパ最高コンドミニアム　今回3回目 ①真下がビーチ　 目の前の桟橋には毎日100%ホヌが見れる 1階には、人気のステーキプレート、シェイブアイス、アサイーボールがある。 エレベーターを降りたらビーチなので、朝は寝起きでビーチでアサイー。 ②ショッピングに絶妙ないい立地 アラモアナ+カラカウア+ロイヤルハワイアンセンター+花火などどこに行くにも行きやすい ③コンドミニアムなので家族旅行には最高 部屋に何でも揃っているのでとても便利 (冷蔵庫、洗濯機、レンジ、コンロ、コーヒーメーカー、やかん、食器　他) ④広くて気持ちのいいラナイ ラナイ(バルコニー)側がハワイ陸軍博物館なので建物がなく緑と海。高さも防犯面も全く気にならず、丁度いい。

1階には人気のステーキプレート、アサイーボール、アイスのお店があります。

We loved this condo right next to Ft. DeRussy. Clean, spacious, and convenient to all the downtown area has to offer. We were even able to watch fireworks from our lanai. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Accommodations slept four adults comfortably. Sunsets and fireworks viewed from the balcony were amazing. Everything was within a close walking distance.

I'll definitely go back but they need to update tiles and appliances. No one can beat the view and location. The parking is closer than I thought.

The apartment has everything that we needed and it was very clean. I reached out to Luana realty as I had a few questions and they were very helpful. We hope that this place is available next year when we go back to Hawaii.

Excellent location, great view!

We couldn't be happier that we were able to stay at the Waikiki Shore condo. The security was excellent, and there was so much to see and do within walking distance of the building. Not to mention the views of the water and the sunset. The unit was stocked with everything we could want for making our own meals or keeping leftovers and re-heating if necessary. Loved it!

On the plus side: This property is in a fantastic location within Honolulu. Right on Waikiki beach and overlooking a park. We had birds and sunsets and city fireworks and rainbows and beautiful water to look at. Our contact, Paul, was very easy to work with, responded to texts, and met us right out front. He explained the whole process and made check-in stress free. We paid the rental company to get us access to parking across the street - that whole process was super easy and parking was safe and close. It also has A/C which was nice in the evening.The negatives: While the apartment was clean for us, it does need some tlc. There's a whole wall near the bathroom that is crumbling apart from previous water damage. There's a cracked tile in the living area, and the blinds are missing many slats or the slats are broken, which means there isn't total privacy if you want it. No beach gear, either, which is a bummer when you're staying on the beach. They did have towels for the beach. With a little work, this could be a 5 star property but for the price, it felt a little bit run-down. I can't argue with the location though - it's spectacular!

Nice accommodations, but beware of parking options

We were happy with our condo, but everyone should beware that there is no parking offered (which is stated in listing), but the only parking they could suggest for us was $80 a night. Be prepared for that. Also they offered to store our luggage at their office. The office is blocks away from the condo. This was not easy to get your luggage to and from.

However we were given a much larger and spacious unit that could easily sleep 6. The location was excellent! It is right next to the Army museum and park which means there was nothing blocking a nice view of the park & ocean. This also makes it much quieter than many other properties. The best part is you can be standing on the beach in less than 1 minute from the time the elevator arrives on the first floor! I highly recommend this if you are staying in Waikiki! 🌴

Filthy, stained sofa. Filthy, stained cushion on bench. Paint chipping off front of refrigerator. Vertical blinds missing vertical strips and don't work. Stains on comforter. Dingy walls and paint peeling. Not "one bedroom" as advertised. Only a studio with two double beds. Photos and description on VRBO are misleading. Not renting from VRBO again.
