Great location, a block from the beach and 5 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki and a great view from the balcony. The swimming pool/BBQ area was set out well, however upcoming renovations/resurfacing to the area will mean this area will be closed for a period of time. There are also plenty of eating options in the area, an ABC convenience store on just about every corner and a bus stop across the road for fast and easy access to Waikiki's famous bus network, if you don't have a car However, if you do have a car, the free car parking was a real value add. The apartment as clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside were the beds, which were really soft and sagged in the middle. Also the managing agents were very helpful and easy to contact if needed.

It was amazing! The kitchen was perfect to make our meals in and we used it every day. I LOVED sitting on the balcony and didn’t mind one bit the buildings in front of me. I could see the ocean and Diamond head and it was beautiful at twilight and early morning.We were basically 2 big blocks from the beach and we swam everyday in the ocean!There is a city bus system that is easy to use as well as Ubers/lyftsPlenty to see and do. I would come back in a heartbeat.The only thing that I think could be better is the matress needs replacing on o e of the beds and it would be nice if basic spices and a starter set of coffee was available. Otherwise it was great!

This unit upon entry had 2 of the 3 beds broke and unusable. The doors were detached from the hardware but with my maintenance background, i reattached them. There was ointment and a paper cup under one bed. When i tried to communicate with the Aska Gateway staff they didn't care to respond in a timely manor. After many calls and emails they stopped answering my calls. There was no other accommodations due to the Honolulu Marathon. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Most of the furniture is broken or completely falling apart. I visited two other units while we were here and found that this was an isolated issue with this unit. Never again will i stay here or rent through Aska Gateway.

Super location with everything one needs. Beach, shops, and restaurants all close. Parking is easy although elevators are not during peak hours. Two little bathroom improvements would be great -- replace the missing corner shelf in the shower and install a curved shower rod to give more room. Even without those, I would stay there again. With them, I would stat there again and again and ...

Overall had a pleasant stay. Unit clean and had all the ameneties you need. Location.a bonus Onsite pool, bbq ,laundry, and parking was a bonus and made our experience even better. .

Overall good value & well positioned. However the condo needs a deep clean as carpets, soft furnishings and hard floors were grubby. Glassware and chinaware also needed checking as some were not clean Beds were comfortable

This rental was great, super family friendly and clean. The location was perfect too because we had several options around us to keep us busy. I just wish there were more towels and detergent to wash clothes as well as extra trash bags since we stayed a week there. Other than that, no complaints.

This apartment is in an excellent location and the foyer is lovely. The apartment itself needs a renovation, the carpet is very dirty and the beds are not comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom is non existent and the beds move around and are noisy. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay with a full size fridge and oven. The pool and entertainment area is great.

Nice and clean rental. It was close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and more! I wish there were more clean towels because we were constantly at the beach. I stayed there for 5 nights, and it was hard to wash the towels because were on vacation so we weren’t home most of the time. However, it was such a nice and clean rental home. The decor just made it feel even more at home. Will recommend this place for sure :)

A great home base in Waikiki. Close to the beach and nice it has a parking spot, so helpful. Looks just like pictures. The pool at the building is big and nice for kids.

I had originally scheduled my trip for Oct 21 for a friends wedding but due to COVID had to be rescheduled, i emailed to ask if i could just push out my reservation. Toyoko replied immediately and accommodated my request with no questions or fees. All though the nightly price did go up because of the peak season in march it still wasn't a problem!! You can't beat the price for this condo no matter what time you go! Its perfectly located within 0.5mi of everything on Waikiki and its only 1 block from the beach. I will definitely stay with them again!

The place is great with only one bad part. I’m a single mom traveling with my three kids, I don’t mind the early checkout, but the front desk won’t hold our luggage because we’re not actually the hotel guest. (10am to 12 noon) our airport shuttle is picking us up here at 12 noon and for 2 hours I had to drag our luggage with us to grab lunch. If I was single or traveling with friends it’s not a problem; but when traveling with young kids - it becomes a big problem. We came here with only 4 luggage and we’re leaving with 6 + 2 duffel bags, so it’s very inconvenient.

We stayed 9 nites in this property. The property was clean and shown like the picture. If u rent a car recommend to drive small car because it was quite a challenge to maneuver the turns in the parking lot. 2 full size bed…mattress was a little soft for our liking due to my bad back. I was surprised that the toilet had a bidet. We do a lot of traveling and had stayed in 5 start hotel and never had any bidet. Let me just say u will have a very clean bottom. Over we really like the property and enjoy our stay. Pros: AC, Parking included, 1 block away from the beach to avoid the noise. Bidet Cons: No black-out curtain

The location was great and having the parking pass was also very convenient! Never had to worry about finding parking at night. Views from the hotel were wonderful, location was walking distance from a lot of down town activities, the downstairs cafe was a great quick breakfast and coffee stop! Very yummy. Over all it was great, size was perfect for couple or small family. Would definitely use again when returning!
