THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. In the heart of it all

The location of the rental was nice. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, Waikiki beach, and Zoo. With that location comes downtown noise (the vehicle noise and homeless shouting at night made it impossible to sleep with open windows). The inside of the unit was darker and more drab than the photos with the bathroom needing a deep clean (smelled wet and stale). The furniture, bedding, and floors were well cleaned. The unit above smoked on their patio in the morning which made it unusable to us at that time. Communication from the property management was great; very informative and accurate information for the home, building, parking situation, etc.

Good stay

The condo was great but there was no power outlet in the bathroom to plug in hairdryer. Some repairs on the walls in bathroom were still in progress or maybe it's been like that forever. The Oceanview is only between buildings. I would book with this property again but will never book through VRBO again as they charged an additional $205 ($283.00 CAN) that I was not aware of. This was more than the cost of one-night stay.

Great place for a family. Walking to all Waikiki activities

The space as perfect for us, with all the amenities a family could need and easy, free parking. It was great to be able to cook our own meals when we wanted and yet close enough to walk to pink pancake breakfast at the the Royal Hawaiian. Quick walk to great beaches, easy to drive to everything else. They even gave us all we needed for a week in terms of bathroom products, dishwashing and laundry. So helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed

This condo caught my eye on VRBO for its attractive appearance, price and location. I booked it for our family of four and it was perfect. The room itself is exactly as advertised and having the well-stocked kitchen saved us a significant amount of money over the 10 days. We loved being so close to the beach and the downtown area. We enjoyed the pool, hottubs and lounge chairs and everything was kept very clean. Although it was a good price to book at the time, I was shocked at all the additional fees, so that is something to take into account if you are on a tight budget. All in all, we would return to this property.

Great place to stay with lots of room! We appreciated the communication that led up to our stay. Parking is a HUGE plus and the security were super friendly. Short walk to the beach. The only downside is not having clean towels every day like you would in a hotel. But we didn’t utilize the laundry machines either. Would highly recommend this place!

Property was as advertised. Easily comfortable for 2 adults and 1-2 kids. A/C unit kept things bearable. A ceiling fan would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Bathtub was a little leaky. Management was responsive when we contacted them. Maintenance didn’t run the water long enough to discover it but as soon as that is addressed, it will be fine. Free parking was such a bonus. Easy in and out. Good location to Wikiki Beach 5 min walk. Good view from 19th floor.

Pros: Extremely walkable. Partial ocean view between hotels. Clean, affordable, well stocked, beds are comfortable (even the sofa sleeper). Parking included, very easy check in. Cons: Smaller than expected, no colorful bedspreads (just white sheets). No privacy for the bathroom as the latch is a different type than the hook and therefore doesn’t catch and lock; actually doesn’t actually close. Headboard on bed isn’t attached so bangs against wall getting in and out of the bed. You have to vacate exactly at 10 am as cleaning crew will come in exactly at 10 am.

Big City by the Beach

This is my first trip to Waikiki and definitely a different feel then Maui but still beautiful. That aside, the unit was as described, very spacious, and having the two beds and the pull out couch gave plenty of room for my family of 4. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, pans, and bowls. Parking was plentiful and it was a great location to venture out to the various parts of the island.

Great location, nice sized unit!

only a few blocks away from the excitement and beauty of waikiki beach. good sized unit as my two teens want their own bed so it was nice to have the pull out couch in addition to the two full sized beds. nice to have a kitchen also. great views of the pool and you can see the ocean between buildings! we definitely would stay again!

Nice & Convenient

The location was convenient. The condo is nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the island is huge making it easy to cook and eat. The beds are comfy, but small. Full size beds are not the best for bigger folks. We found ourselves needing another bathroom at times. We knew it only had one bathroom when we booked tho. The A/C is only decent in the main room, it does not cool the bedroom which becomes overly hot due to the windows and humid from the bathroom. The hot water for the shower only worked 2 out of 10 days. The rest of the time it was either cool or lukewarm at best. Overall it was a nice place to hang our hats for our visit and we would recommend it to others. Ps. The elevator takes forever.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this unit in the Waikiki Banyan. Perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Balcony overlooks the pool area, and squarely faces south, towards the ocean. There was free parking with unlimited in/out, which was the main selling point for us, since we rented a car for the whole time. Unassigned parking, but we had no issues finding open spots. We didn’t use the kitchen at all, but there are pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils for all your cooking needs (but no oil or salt/pepper). They also supplied dish soap, dish drying rack, and sponge, 1 paper towel roll and 3 toilet paper rolls. Also included: 2 beach chairs, plenty of towels, 2 small bars of soap, laundry basket, hair dryer, insulated cooler bag, iron. However, bring your own shampoo and conditioner; they only provided a tiny “sample size” bottle of each, and we used it all in a day.

Banyan Waikiki Excellent location

This was a great location, about 2 short blocks to the beach, lots of great places to eat and shopping. The apartment had ample cookware to prepare meals and dishes. Laundry basket made ease of carrying laundry to and from laundry room down the hall. The towels were newish, the bed sheets were really worn and not white but clean. The drapes were dirty/ dusty along with the sofa. Got quite itchy sitting on the couch. Overall it was a great apartment.
