Beach Front Studio With Spectacular Ocean Views

Large beach front studio (460 sq, ft,) located at the Waikiki Shore, the only condo building in Waikiki that is directly on Waikiki Beach.
This unit is located in a building that is within the designated Resort Zone, and therefore eligible for short term vacation rentals
This awesome unit has a King size bed (or 2 twin size beds), flat screen TV, a well equipped full kitchen with dishwasher, and a large bathroom with wash/ dryer.
The spacious lanai has 2 tables and chairs, overlooking panoramic ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and spectacular firework display on Friday nights.
We operate the whole year round and offer affordable rates for the various Seasons.

Maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 persons.
Only registered persons permitted to stay in unit.
Unauthorized persons staying in unit will be immediately evicted and a $200 fine imposed.
Free WIFI
Rates do not include a parking permit (if available) to park across the street at a discounted rate with in / out privileges.
There is no resort fee.

Kia was exceptional almost from the moment I pushed "Book". He called shortly after I booked the apartment to explain how things worked asked if we'd need parking, when our flight arrived to Honolulu & what the time difference was. The check in procedure was just as he described & couldn't have gone better. This was exactly how things proceded during our stay - well thought out & with easy communication. The apartment was just as described with an awesome location.

This condo is well located with views of the ocean, on a wonderful beach, and near many restaurants. It is very clean and has everything you need for in home dining, quite a savings. The local ABC store has many necessities, and a deli for some local foods and drink options. We enjoyed the quiet of the hotel as well as the bustle of Honolulu, where we often stay for a few nights as we travel to vacation in Hawaii. As hosts ourselves, we highly recommend Kai and Martin, who are very communicative and respond well prior to and throughout your stay. We will certainly stay here again in the future. Awesome find!

Loved the view from the patio. From Friday night fireworks to beautiful sunsets and amazing views of the city, it did not disappoint us. Location was perfect for easy beach access and walking distance to everything you want to see in Waikiki. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and extra towels. It was great having the washer and dryer to launder clothes and dry towels. It was perfect!

Kai our Host is a Gem. Very easy to work with and explains everything perfectly. Our unit offered us a beautiful view, the kitchen has anything you’d need to prepare a meal. We never cooked a meal instead had snacks etc. The washer/dryer was a plus for us. The building was quiet and there were no issues waiting on the elevator. Location is quite nice. We would stay again!

It is right on the beach and if you are fortunate enough to stay on a Friday night, you can watch the fireworks from your own balcony. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were only able to spend two nights.Mahalo!

This place was perfect for us! A studio apartment right on the beach, with everything you need. The balcony had a million dollar view of the ocean and Waikiki. Close to shops restaurants, and anything else you could need. Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent being on the beach and easy access to shopping/restaurants. We loved the sunset views just like the pictures show, and the host provided much information that was helpful for our stay. With a full sized kitchen this was a much better option for us compared to a typical hotel room.

This was a beautiful property. Friday night fireworks off the deck were enjoyed with wine and cheese we picked up at the A B C store. The owners thoughtfully provided everything needed for the beach, towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. There is a fabulous military museum just below in the park, is free to enter and a great place to lose yourself for a couple of hours. We did some tours and were right across the street from the pick up point. Consider renting an 808 Smart Car for a day and tour the island on our own. It was beautiful and quiet and we look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay here!! Perfect location, great view, clean, and quiet (no noise from neighbors). Check in was easy and thorough, and Kai even accommodated us with a last minute parking pass. The unit is conveniently located just around the corner from the elevator. Can’t wait to go back someday!

Great Spot, Great Condo

Best spot on Waikaii. Our 4th stay at Waikaii Shores, 1st at this condo. The unit was in very good condition with good views being on 11th floor. A quiet side of the beach with Army property next door which is quaintly underdeveloped. We rented the unit for our son and they had a great time. Martin and his team made us all feel welcome. No better place to stay on the beach.

1115 Waikiki Shores

Everything was wonderful and Kai was always available if needed. Loved the proximity to the ocean and having chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach! My wife loved the comfortable bed and especially the sheets! Great view of the ocean and sunset over the bay! Overall a great value for being in the heart of Waikiki!
