The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other standard kitchen wares. All units come with a private bathroom, and seating for 4 or more for dining.

Convenient sleeping arrangements include 2 Full Sized Beds. Additional sleepers may be accommodated by special request through sofa sleepers and high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment. The bedroom can be made into a private room by a sliding partition, or left open to the entire unit. All bedrooms include views from the large bedroom window.

FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable, A/C unit in the living room. Take advantage of all of the extras we provide so you can get the most out of your vacation.

Koko Resorts at The Waikiki Banyan

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.

The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance line, Koko Resorts ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. Would stay again

Property was exactly as described. Walking distance to zoo & 5 min walk to beach. Hotel itself was a little older but room had everything we needed. Free parking was a plus, Wifi worked great & great view of the ocean & Diamond head from balcony. Only con was pool not very kid friendly. Security was very rude & kicked us out for my 7 year old jumping in & splashing. Somehow I missed the sign prohibiting jumping. Was rudely asked to leave. But other than that I would stay again if I didn’t plan on using pool.

koko resorts could do better

We booked our family vacation at koko resorts by the pictures and the condo details. We should have known better since the price was a lower than other condos but pictures are deceiving. The only good thing about this condo is the location and free parking other than that the condo can use an upgrade. To start off Waikiki Banyan is going through renovations. One of the elevators doesn’t work so you can count on waiting for a long time to get an elevator. The sauna and restrooms in the pool area are closed due to the renovations. The jacuzzi jets are broken as well. The condo refrigerator was not working at the beginning's but lucky my husband was able to get it running during our stay. Also the sliding door is broken and does not lock. The condo description needs to be updated. I was told that early check in and check out is available. They say to call the day you arrive to ask for an early check in. We called and were told they would call us back if condo was ready before 4pm. I am diabetic and need my insulin refrigerated by the time we checked in my ice back was nearly done. So if you are diabetic I would consider staying somewhere else. Late check out again was told to call the day before check out and was told no. We also stayed 8 nights and ran out of toilet paper. We were told house keeping dropped off more and they never did. Their customer service is awful.
