"We loved this hotel. It’s right across the street from a beautiful beach. The area isn’t crowded. It’s safe. 16th floor room had a superb view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff there were great. Small gym, but great for a quick workout. Cleaning staff were great. The front desk folks were great. They were honest and helpful. The rooftop pool was small, but nice. "Good service! Manager Tsan is very helpful and professional. We have a problem with Lotte Apartment false advertisement and change to this hotel. Manager Tsan support us to arrange a nice room for us according to our need and budget. Using a good brand and good quality equipment Everything is good except the breakfast is nothing fancy but eatable. But it is free and include in the low price room rate and no complaint about it. "

"Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back. We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang."

"Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call...
