"Good service! Manager Tsan is very helpful and professional. We have a problem with Lotte Apartment false advertisement and change to this hotel. Manager Tsan support us to arrange a nice room for us according to our need and budget. Using a good brand and good quality equipment Everything is good except the breakfast is nothing fancy but eatable. But it is free and include in the low price room rate and no complaint about it. "

"Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call...

"跟飯店提前預訂了機場接送，總共是70萬越南盾 2017.10），司機提早在機場等候，接送體驗良好。飯店房間每天都會打掃、早餐好吃、櫃檯服務人員可以用基本英文溝通、服務態度佳，也幫忙替我叫車到泥漿浴度假村。離海邊非常近（過馬路就到了），位於芽庄海灘的尾端，人比較不會這麼多，走路到芽位鬧區大約15分鐘，在這渡過了很不錯的假期！"
