We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"During our July 3, 2026 stay at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, we experienced multiple issues that significantly impacted our visit. We were unable to access our original room after several failed key attempts and multiple trips to the front desk before being upgraded due to a broken door lock. Unfortunately, the upgraded room’s air conditioning was not working at all. We reported the issue twice, but no maintenance technician responded, and we were later told no one was available after...

"Me and my sisters brought my mom here to have fun after having a stroke in April. Staff was very friendly the breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. We used a scooter for my mom and they upgraded the room and she was able to ride her scooter in the room and we still had room to move. I would definitely book here again whenever I come back in town. Great place."
