"Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?"

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"Staff make the hotel, everyone was so friendly, I came with wife and our autistic son, he was made up with how staff liaised with him, even the kids pack which included a lanyard (he collects lanyards) Room was comfortable and breakfast was lovely "

"Great breakfast and attention from Hannah and her brilliant mum. Room was fantastic with massive bed and all the facilities including a mini fridge. Located in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, close to the beach and the Norfolk Broads. A totally relaxing and off grid area to get away and enjoy."
