"Generally the property was clean and well maintained.
The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way
THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT.
The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt.
THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

Didn’t love having to leave my room to make a cuppa and it’s very noisy overnight, that was a surprise to me."

"- After house check in very average: the call button to reception is not visible, nor is there a direct line of site the reception desk - so had to wait awhile
- Room service has very limited hours
- No mini bar available - which should be standard for the price of the room
- No iron/ironing board in room - had to use the hotel app to get one delivered
- Lovely room but not a fan of the ensuite door/toilet being right next to the bed"

"Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."
