"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

"I was really impressed with my room. It was also very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant upon arrival and also when i departed. Only negative feedback i give is i don't think they should charge customers for wanting to leave their luggage on day of departure. Customers who don't drive will more than likely want to leave luggage somewhere safe but i feel like this service should be free."

"We like staying at harbour hotel but really like the flats very nice place to stay, the hotel toilets is blocked so had 2 have someone out for that, still not right but it’s fine the staff is nice and helpful I would recommend the hotel and the flat two stay"

"Location was very good, short walk to the clock tower and shops. Staff were brilliant. Check in was smooth and we managed to get into the room a little early. The room (we stayed in 319) was as described, it had a very big balcony with a view to the sea. The bathroom was quite small but we could live with that to have the balcony and views. The food was excellent, we booked bed and breakfast but also had a dinner in. Breakfast was buffet style. The dinner menu gave a reasonable choice of...

"We were given an exceptionally warm welcome on arrival and the warmth continued throughout our stay. I could not fault this lovely little hotel and the icing on the cake was the cuisine, which was exceptional. "

"We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. Thank you so much for everything "
