The Tipsy Turtle is a luxury family style duplex. There are 2 sides: NORTH & SOUTH. Both sides have the exact same floor plan, and amenities. The only area shared by each side is the pool. This 5 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom, 1/2 Bathroom and 5 Full Bathrooms is UNBEATABLE! 30 steps to Surf City Pier, restaurants, shops, the aquarium, the grocery store, and entertainment.

Fabulous house to host 12 women for a bachelorette party. We were visiting from Colorado and it was the first time for some of us at the beach and this home was so roomy and the bedrooms were all so private and spacious with its own bathrooms. We loved the location and views of that beautiful ocean!

Great vacation rental

Great location. It is walkable to shops and restaurants. We had a person in our group with mobility issues so having an elevator was nice, plus having a suite on the main level made it comfortable for this person. We will rent again.

Family Gathering

We drive from Georgia, 5 adults, 5 kids and a dog. We had a small mishap with the code to get in the door and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. My son accidentally left his AirPods there, and I reached out to them and they took the time to go to the house and look for them and went above and beyond to find them and ship them back. We cannot wait to see the renovations and we will absolutely be back next year! Thank you so much!

Annual end of summer beach trip

Every year we vacation in Surf City as a family. This year we had some must haves like being ocean front and having an elevator which were some of the reasons we booked the Tipsy Turtle which did not disappoint! Our host was extremely communicative through the booking process, as well as during our stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, had everything we needed and the ocean views were priceless. We plan to book this home again when we come back to Surf City next year.

WEDDING WEEK VACATION ♥️

The Tipsy Turtle DELIVERED!!! This is an amazing home that offers stunning views from all angles!! They have all you need to enjoy the pool that overlooks the beach or take 20 steps and you are ON THE BEACH!! The communication with property management was quick and easy! This was the perfect ending to a perfect wedding for my son and his new bride!!

Great Beach Getaway

My family and I stayed here for an extended weekend and loved the proximity to the beach and view of the beach from the pool. We had several young kids with us who napped during the day and it allowed us to stay close to them but still feel like we were able to enjoy the beach. It was a very close walk to the pier and restaurants, ice cream, etc. We will be back!

Good to ok

The bathroom on the fourth floor sink is leaking underneath and is dripping into the living room. The Jack and Jill bathroom toilet has a leak at the bottom of it. Had to call local management to get the Pool cleaned. And the trash cans were overflowing. The pool was not circulating properly. I tell you this because if you don’t know you can’t fix it. We will plan on staying at this property again, we really enjoyed the house but it had these problems. We understand that things break and need work. It happens in your own house. Thanks and I hope this helps you.

Excellent Property

Our family of 10 was extremely pleased with the accommodations at Tipsy Turtle. The home was big enough to accommodate all of us and very clean. We had no complaints and looking forward to coming again in the near future.

Stay for the location

Stay for the location. The listing stated Side A, but it was really Side B. Palmetto bugs were seen (and killed) whenever we entered the foyer. They are common at the beach, but seeing one in the bedroom floor was very disturbing. Please spray the home.
