Amazing views

House was wonderful. Deck with screened porch could not have been better. One of the best beach access houses we saw. Main bedroom and that bathroom could use some updates. Kitchen and living room were wonderful.

Beautiful Ocean View!

The property was just as it was advertised and the ocean views from inside were breathtaking. Access to the beach was quick and easy. We spent a lot of time on the deck chairs just gazing into the ocean. Comfortable property. We arrived the day after Hurricane Ian came through, having some slight damage to the screened in porch, but with a quick text/call, that was resolved the next day. This property does allow pets, and the floors had a lot of pet hair from previous occupants. We used the vacuum and chalked it up to aftermath of the hurricane. Overall we loved this property and for four adults, it was absolutely a great fit! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great view, wonderful outdoor space

We had a great time here this past week. This house is comfortable, well appointed, and has amazing outdoor space right on the beach! Great for families. We loved this place and hope to return next year

Relaxation at its finest

The Walker Cottage was absolutely perfect. The screen porch, outdoor shower and ocean views from the living room made this vacation an actual dream come true. We made many meals at home with the well stocked kitchen but were only a short drive from great restaurants. We were able to see the Milky Way from the deck. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Thank you very much for allowing our family to be complete by allowing us to bring our dog. We will be booking for 2 weeks instead of 1 week next year.

Peaceful home / gorgeous views

Wonderful home - very clean - surprising for a pet friendly home. Tap water also tasted great. Views were gorgeous in any weather. We had great takeout from Santino’s Italian but otherwise were happy with a well-stocked kitchen. Laundry is downstairs in the garage, but this didn’t bother us too much. Be sure to bring all paper products and soaps because they don’t give you any for starters. The only thing I could think of to improve would be to have the ability to play bluetooth music in the house and on the porch, but this is a tiny point. Loved our stay!

The views and proximity to the ocean cannot be better. The living area is like an extension of the beach, and the screened porch is simply perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

Staycation

Property was in a great location, clean had all the things we were looking for. Property manager and maintenance worker was very friendly and were able to help us with our check-in process once we arrived. Topsail Beach is now one our favorite NC beaches!

Perfect place, perfect week

I'm not exaggerating when I say Sandtastic was the perfect place for us. Great location. The best access to the beach we've had in all the years we've been coming to Topsail. Great for the dogs. (We have an old dog so maneuvering steps is hard for her...it was great to find a place that had minimal stairs in and out). Favorite thing: the screened in porch for coffee and cocktails. Nicely appointed home. We hope to make Sandtastic our home away from home for future trips.
