Serenity Now! As soon as you walk throgh the door a sense of peace and serenity will befall you. Featuring the popular reverse floor plan with the living, dining & kitchen areas, plus 1 bedroom with ensuite bath. This third floor great-room creates the perfect frame to view the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean through. Venture outside onto one of the two sun decks, both complete with deck furniture lounging or dining al fresco.

Did someone say "oceanfront hot tub"? Melt away your stress while in this oceanfront atmosphere, relaxing in the hot tub.

***Please note that this property is located on a section of beach where alcohol, smoking and vaping are prohibited***

Your beach rental is located in Surf City one block from the base of the Surf City high rise bridge. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Perfect family reunion get away!

The home is one of the nicest on Surf City beach. Believe me, I spent many weeks investigating before I booked this gorgeous oceanfront home. The furnishings are top notch, clean and colorful. We are a family of 14, 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 11. Each family had their own floor with a private bathroom. The views are breathtaking!! Can’t beat the location. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and attractions. Ward Realty manages the rental and was VERY responsive to minor issues! Our family had a blast! Would highly recommend!
