Close to everything yet very intimate and private, great surfing and fishing.

HDTV's in each bedroom and a great big one in the living room each with Satellite/Cable programming & Apple TV streaming on-demand premium content including complimentary Netflix, HBO Go, and much more. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, 2 kings, queen, 2 bunk beds, Jacuzzi tub in downstairs master suite, high speed internet access, outside enclosed shower, pet friendly. Ocean views from every bedroom! Come once and you will be 'hooked'. We offer discounts for repeat/honored guests. We are offering $50 off our normal $200 per pet fee this year.

Our host was very responsive to any requests or needs, and as we learned is very invested in property upkeep and maintenance. The location was ideal to explore local businesses and restaurants by foot. The house was very well-furnished and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated the very comfortable king-size mattress and pillows provided. The sunrise views from the top deck, & the direct beach-access were perfect. Laundry machines worked great & cycles finished quickly. Must bring own towels (kitchen, beach, & bathroom type) and sheets, or you can rent them from a local linen rental company. We rented. Sheets were texture-rough and scratchy-feeling although clean. Towels were good. TVs were either ROKU-capable or you could stream and cast your programs from your phone or laptop. All in all, a very nice stay. Recommend adding an elevator to the property, but would stay here again, regardless.

Very nice family beach house

We liked this place very much. We’ve been going to the Topsail-Surf City area for years, and we really liked Sandpiper Landing’s convenient location. Walkable to quite a few places. Want to rent again. The house layout is also very good. We are the grandparents and stayed on upper level, the kids and grandkids on the lower level. The main living area upstairs is arranged in a way that makes good use of the available space. We loved the puzzle table. The deck is wide and chairs are high enough that you can see over the railing. There was one issue that arose and owner responded very quickly. Very good experience..

Surf City Sensation

It was our first time to Surf City, and what a neat beach town it is! This house is in a prime location with private beach and very short walks to many restaurants, shops and other fun things. Highly recommend this house. We had 7 adults and two dogs, and we had plenty of room. Sitting on the covered deck watching the waves come in was so relaxing.

Conveniently located to everything

This was our first time in Surf City. Very cute beach area. You can walk to all the shops and grocery store. House was comfortable and plenty of room for us. My only critique is that it seemed some placed where missed with the vacuum when cleaning crew came in. Sand and Cheeto crumbs where found in bunk beds. The vacuum on site was very good and we used it throughout the week for our own selves. No other issues. Very easy to contact owner if we needed anything or had questions.

Family acation

Plenty of room to spread out in this house. We had 5 adults snd 5 kids with plenty of space on 2 levels. Loved being right on the beach and easy walk to a lot of restaurants . Beautiful uncrowded beach.

Wonderful week!

What a wonderful week! The house was in the best location, we walked everywhere :) Spent every morning on the covered deck with my coffee- rain or shine. In April it tends to be cool in the morning and I would take a blanket out with me. Best part of the day. Lots of rest and relaxation. Our dog Millie loved our daily walks on the beach. So many wonderful little shops and places to eat made my kids very happy! Can’t wait to go back!!

November Trip

This was a wonderful property that had plenty of room for my family and any guests. it’s located in an area close to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. Not too far from the Surf City Ocean Pier. The deck landing provides easy access to the beach where we spent most of our time.

Great House!

Beautiful house. Beautiful area. I went with my family that ranges in age from 59 to 6. Everyone loved the house. Bonus for the boogie boards, toys and beach chairs in the storage room. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were roomy and comfy. The jacuzzi tub in the master was wonderful. Highly recommend this house.

Can’t say enough great things!

This was our family’s first time to surf city/ topsail and I couldn’t have imagined a better place!! The house is perfectly located within walking distance to everything! The views are stunning, the beach is amazing and there were so many thoughtful touches in the house from puzzles to do in the evening to chairs and boogie boards in the storage room to use at the beach. John was always so easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions I had. He even reached out to make sure we didn’t have any problems. This place feels like a hidden gem, I almost hate to give up the secret 😄 but if you are looking for the perfect beach vacation place, this is it!!! Can’t wait to book again!!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our week at Sandpiper Landing. I think one of the best things about this property is the location. It's within walking distance to the pier as well as other shops and restaurants. There are 2 master bedrooms, with one located on the main floor with the kitchen and living areas. We had a 3 month old, so this helped with keeping the baby separate from the other bedrooms. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Terrific location, fabulous views

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Swimming, seafood, bicycling, and relaxing on the shaded deck were among the fun activities that we enjoyed. We have been frequent visitors to Topsail over the years, but have never before stayed in Surf City. I was worried about crowds and noise, but neither was a problem. There was always plenty of space and expansive views on the beach and, even if there had been noise on the city side, we never heard a thing! (And maybe there wasn't any. We were totally insulated from it in any case.) We also found that it was quite a luxury to walk to ice cream, shops, and restaurants! A perfect vacation combination!

Beautiful Beach House

This house has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation! Steps from the sand with the sound of the waves. The house is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops making for the ideal location. This house will not disappoint if you are a beach lover. Perfect for dogs too with a totally enclosed deck.

Beautiful week

The house was very clean. Nicely furnished. Kitchen is very well stocked. Beach is beautiful. Lots of beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Definitely a great pet friendly place to stay.

Great spring getaway!

Three couples rented this property and had a fabulous week. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms so each couple had their own bathroom. The porch is covered...nice if you want to be outside and not get burned. Close to shops and pier and grocery! Owner is easily reachable and even called the first evening to make sure everything was all right. PS...7 days of outstanding weather! No guarantees of that but we were blessed.
