Private Pool, one block to private beach access and space for everyone

  • Beautiful, 5BR 4 full and 2 half BA family friendly house. Walk one block (420 ft) to your private beach access. Relax on the large deck and 12x24 private saltwater pool. The house has plenty of parking space. We recently put in 2 new air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We also have 2 washers and 2 dryers to help keep those beach towels clean!

    All bedrooms have a private full bathroom except the two first level queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the living area and another half bathroom on the ground level for easy access from the pool. All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart LED TVs with basic cable. Dining space for 14, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Bed linens (starting 2027 linens provided), 14 bathroom towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. 7-day minimum. Saturday to Saturday.

    Come and relax at the Beach Hive. We hope you love this house as much as we do. We have furnished it with everything you need for an easy family vacation. Enjoy the large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook solo or as a group. The kitchen also has an island that sits 4 that is perfect for hanging out or playing games. In addition to the open living space, you can hang out on the ground level and play darts or video games or open up the garage door and enjoy the outside. You'll also love the covered porch and decks off the back of the house not to mention hanging poolside. Not only does this house have open areas to share with family and friends there is plenty of space to retreat and relax. We are located on a wonderful street with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. There is a park across the street with a public dock where you can see beautiful sunsets. We are just a few blocks from downtown Surf City.

We loved how close the property is to the beach, without being on the beach. The area is amazing for going to eat, grabbing coffee or exploring (with or without the kids). The house was the perfect size for our family. We were glad it had a pool, which had the perfect amount of sun and shade, the couches were amazing for lounging after a day in the sun! The rooms were perfectly set up! We truly loved being at this property

Nice house with plenty of room for families. Very clean and very true to the pics in the listing. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Proximity to the beach was great...just a short little walk! The pool was great to have when the beach got too hot. Only one drawback.....being right next to a busy road doesn't make for a quiet afternoon or evening on the decks. But let me add....the house is very quiet and you don't hear much road noise while you're inside.

Great vacation. My family has been coming to topsail for many years and this was first time we stayed in surf city. The house had everything we needed and was very clean!

Perfect location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The short walking distance to the beach was perfect!! There was plenty of room for our family. The salt water pool was well liked by the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, comfortable beds/bedrooms, many bathrooms, and a well contained and nicely sized pool area! (And VERY handy to have 2 side-by-side sets of washers and dryers!)

Was a great property for two families with infants/toddlers and pre-schoolers. The pool was perfect for the older kids while the younger ones napped. There are two laundry facilities which was perfect for keeping up with laundry. The host was attentive and responsive. It was a great house for vacation.

We enjoyed our time at the Beach Hive! It was very spacious and the pictures included with the listing were accurate. The pool area was great and the close proximity to the beach access was also a plus! Jeff was great with communication throughout the week, as well. Thank you for providing us a home to enjoy Topsail with our family!

Beautiful home!

Our group of 14 ranging from 19 months old to 60s enjoyed our stay. Each group had their own bathroom and showers which was awesome. The pool was great, we used the supplied grill once and the kids loved the arcade game in the garage. 2 cleaning stations with one being an outside shower was great. Will definitely stay again!

Annual Topsail trip

We had a great time during our annual beach trip and we’re so glad we decided to stay 2 weeks this year at the beehive! What a wonderful home! The kids and adults alike loved the private pool as well as the convenient short walk to the beach and pier. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house. Would definitely suggest staying here!

Beautiful Family Oasis

This property was perfect for our family. There were 7 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy everything. The pool was very popular and perfect size. My kids have asked that we book this property again for the next vacation.

Great hosts and great house!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Beach Hive! 11 of us fit comfortably in the house and the pictures were spot on to what the house looks like. The pool was perfect and the short walk to the beach was nice. We had one issue with the faucet which the owners addressed promptly and without any disruption to our stay. We highly recommend this place!!

Great home - great location!.

This is our 3rd year renting this home for our annual family beach vacation. We find it to be the perfect size, very comfortable and nicely furnished and the kids (and me) love the pool. The owners are very responsive should you need to contact them. You can’t go wrong with this home! Highly recommend this property!
