Perfection

My husband and I stayed at the property with our friends (another couple). The four of us agreed the place was spotless, the house was very comfortable and inviting, the pool was small but very nice and all we needed. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great property, fully stocked, great location. Beach and ocean were beautiful and a one block walk. Pool and lower deck were perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Upper deck great for watching sunsets. Extra fridge on ground floor was really appreciated. Loved it

Perfect long weekend

We arrived on Friday evening to a very clean home. So many amenities! Every bed was very comfortable, we couldn’t ask for anything more. Great location as well! We will certainly be back!

Perfect vacation rental. Clean and spacious!

This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The house is super clean with plenty of room and the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that one would want. We really enjoyed the views from the deck and the proximity to the beach was a big plus. We hope we can rent this in the future.

Home away from home!

My stay was wonderful! My family and I had a great experience and loved being so close to the beach! There were so many great restaurants in the area as well! I really appreciated all the small touches such as the “Welcome Book” that listed many recommendations and the home info sheets around the house with check in/out info along with other details. Please take the stairs into consideration. There are a lot BUT not the worst. I will be back!

Loved the location and deck views

We loved the deck views of the sound and beach and the closeness to shops and stores!!! Were long time rentals and love surf city. When I booked this house I thought it was a great location and it did not disappoint. The house itself is very nice also. We initially thought the kitchen and master bedroom would be on the middle floor. Our only suggestion is to have a blanket for watching tv on the top floor in the den and also for a few bedrooms. There was one blanket and the bedding on the beds is very thin. Some people are always cold and like a blanket. We didn’t have the ac very cold at all, (74 most days) some of us are just cold people. There was more stuff at the house than listed in the listing. There are beach chairs, a wagon, 2 boogie boards and 4 older bikes to use. These were a great addition and would be good to add to the listing. A chair or two was broken but we had also brought 4 of our own so it was ok. They have quite a few chairs. Again, great house, decks and location!

Fabulous Stay

This was the BEST property we have stayed at! I will be booking this place again for next year! The kitchen is fully loaded and you do not need to worry about any utensils or cookware with this place. The beds are very comfortable and tons of pillows to choose from for your comfort. Short 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of parking if needed with this rental. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking from the 3rd floor balcony.

Great getaway

We stayed at this place off season and even though it was too cold to go into the water, we still enjoyed our stay! The location was great, just one step away from the beach. The house is so beautiful and so well organised. It’s very clean and had everything you need. It’s one of the best rental places we ever stayed! Best place ever

We spent a week in this house and loved everything. The house was very clean and specious (we had 9 people). It is centrally located so you can enjoy different food places and swimwear stores. There are at least 3 ice cream places within 2-3 minutes walks. The beach is only steps away and the view of the ocean and the sound were breathtaking. We had 4 teens with us and they all had fun exploring different stores and local attractions including jet skis and paddle boarding which are only half a mile away. All in all it was one of the best vacations we ever had. Thank you for having us as your guests.
