Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
We arrived and immediately smelled an odor as if smoke or vaping needed to be covered up. Dishwasher full of dishes. Not a big deal but property instructions ask that it be empty upon departure. Trash and food left in drawers, dead bugs, and a sticky chocolate or jelly substance on a few of the kitchen cabinets and walls. My mom was to arrive a few hours later and had gifted this trip to my girls and I. Her room had personal items left on the dresser and dust and dirt everywhere. We text the property management quickly and got to work cleaning up the walls, cabinets and room. We did get a response via text but were told to email pictures to the Sea Shore Realty company. Eventually we received a text that they could send cleaning crew back out, but we had already done a tidy up so my mom could arrive and not notice. We found a broken cabinet and broken lock/patio door by that point. The view and location were outstanding. Its been many years since the adults in our family could coordinate schedules and get to the beach together. We loved the beach, not the filth. I emailed Sea Shore Realty 3x with pics and never received a response. They did send maintenence to attempt to fix the lock but he could not do so. Very disappointed and will not be back.
