Dolphins Delight – Breezy Beachfront Fun

Dolphins Delight, located off South Shore Drive in Surf City, is a spectacular four-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront one-level home with 60 feet of windows to enjoy the ocean views and a beach area that is never crowded due to limited access. The house has a large covered oceanfront deck, picnic area, breathtaking vistas, high-speed wireless internet, TVs in every room, and so much more. It's the perfect getaway for you, your family, and your friends. Plus, there's a good chance you will see dolphins!

On the ground level, there is parking for three or more vehicles under the carport area and a gravel driveway. As soon as you arrive, you can hear the seagulls and feel the salty breeze blow through your hair. High-back beach chairs and a porch swing allow you to fully enjoy the beach and ocean views from the covered deck. There is access to the beach on the ground level, so bring your surfboard, chairs, or fishing equipment for ease of access. Under the carport, there's a storage area with grill accessories and some beach chairs and toys for the younger guests. There is also a porch swing providing a serene view of the beach and ocean. For guests and fishermen, there is a freezer under the house for the catch of the day or to store extra ice. There is also a picnic table and a park grill for afternoon and evening cookouts.

Take the stairs to the first level, where you'll see a built-in bench and the ocean straight ahead. This main floor contains all the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, beach access, outside shower, porch swing, washer and dryer, and more. Down the steps towards the beach, enjoy the bench-style seats on either side of the ocean-level entry by the enclosed outside shower.

Live like a local and cook your meals in the gorgeous kitchen that is fully equipped with plenty of cabinets and lots of counter space provided by the bar area. The window over the kitchen sink adds a nice touch of natural light. Utilize the large dining table by serving family-style meals and playing a board game after dinner is finished.

The living area features nautical decor and plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable after a fun day at the beach or out on the boat. Open the blinds of the large windows and slide open the glass door to let in the sunshine and take in the spectacular view. Binoculars are available to help spot dolphins during your visit.
