We had a wonderful stay and were blessed with beautiful sunny April weather. The kitchen had everything we needed! Coffee on the deck and dock were peaceful. We tried out hand at fishing and caught a few small fish and a crab. The bikes, beach chairs, and paddle board were appreciated also.

Great house with good layout. Backyard isn’t fully fenced, it’s open to the water so still a hazard for kids. I would have loved to see a more developed dock area for hanging out. Kitchen was very well-stocked but there was limited space to store our pantry items during our stay. One of the guest beds squeaks loudly when you sleep on it and water pressure in the showers tends to be weak. Overall we had a great stay!

Had a great time in spite of the fact that hurricane Debbie threatened all week. Will definitely stay at this property and with this host again.

Belle Brisa experience

The communication with the host was outstanding and they really care for the property. Comfort, cleanliness, amenities all pretty good. Top Sail has become one of our year destinations in the US and can say that our experience on this property was great.

Amenities and View Galore

This property has an inner coastal view that is awesome and the house is so stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to blankets on the couch. The massagers built into the couch were awesome too! We would highly recommend this property for rental!

Family Friendly

This is a perfect house for a family beach vacation. My three boys loved fishing in the bay every day. The beach was a very short drive which was nice. The house was clean and updated, and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Spring Break

Our family was pleased with this property. Clean, well equipped canal house. We were able to have our boat behind the house and enjoy the back yard, dock, and walks to the beach. Owners were great and house was perfect for our family.

Awesome access to the Canal

This trip was for my mom’s birthday and everything was amazing! The house was clean, being able to fish from the backyard was the highlight of our trip! George answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth as it could go! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Easter!

Our family stay was so wonderful and peaceful. This beautiful home, perfect location and helpful owners was the most super spot for us! Best time at Belle Brisa

This was the best booking I've ever experienced. The owner quickly responded to every & any question or concern. Friendly neighbors made the area welcoming. The home was very clean, spacious & relaxing. Highly recommendfor booking to anyone. Would love to book again in the near future
