Welcome to this newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates up to 9 people. Beautifully decorated with a large balcony for your relaxation. This home is located on a quiet street and includes a secluded large back yard. The neighborhood is perfect for riding bikes and walking. The beach access is just a short walk away.

Lovely beach!!! What a quaint warm town. This house is in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Beach access is as mentioned about a 5 minute walk. I would like to note that you do have to cross a busy street where the speed limit of 35 is not obeyed. The house was comfortable it accommodated us well. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish the house had been cleaner. The property is beautiful but needs some love.

Nice House

We enjoyed our stay in “Always Sunny”. The house was close enough to the beach to walk and a short drive from restaurants and store in Surf City. Our only issue was the kitchen….no empty cabinets or spaces to store our food. The kitchen was also minimally equipped…missing basics such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc. Other than that, the house was very comfortable.

Great stay in Surf City

Accurate listing. Close to beach. Owner was great - when ice maker wasn’t working properly, she had ice sent to us. Place was decorated cute. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay.Suggest that the grill be cleaned or replaced- we did not use it.

Great House, Great Neighborhood, Great Location

We had our family all come together for a week at the beach to celebrate a graduation. The neighborhood is cozy and quiet, only a block from the beach, with easy access. Even found some shark teeth on the beach, and went to the public park on the sound side with a nice boardwalk and beautiful view as well. Friendly neighbor next door. Shower underneath the house was nice to hose off the sand before going into the house. Great to have access to a beach cart, and extra beach chairs in an accessible storage space. TVs in all the bedrooms, small kitchen but open space made up for it that opens up into the dining and den areas to enjoy everyone's company together. Loved the beach themed decor, outdoor patios off the bedrooms, and the hammock downstairs. Overall, would love to go again sometime.

Great experience

We had the best experience. We traveled as a family of five. The kids loved the house. It was an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner was great to work with. A 5 minute drive to downtown surf city. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Week for Crew of 9

The house is a short walk to the beach. Our two families, with 9 people total, fit comfortably in the house. All basics were available and the linens/towels included were a nice touch. The kitchen is not fully stocked like some beach houses, but it’s not advertised that way, so just mentioning as an FYI. We knew going in, so it worked for us. Overall, nice place.

Short distance to beach. Easy access to beach, town, restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding. Very nicely renovated and well stocked. Perfect spot for family to stay!

Comfortable and Convenient

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach access. The house is well decorated and fun and easily fit our large family. The porch was sunny in the morning and a perfect place to start the day. The kitchen could use some updated cookie sheets and hot pads. It was a little sparse but newly renovated and very pretty. Don’t forget to bring your own soap and tissue!

Family summer vacation

We really loved the location and the beach was so beautiful!!! Super easy with kids to walk to and from the house. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and the a/c worked great! The linen service was very convenient as well.

Sweet spot in Surf City

We were very satisfied with the property. House is convenient to the beach and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Linen and towel rental worked out great! House was clean and we had a wonderful time!

Great House for a family vacation

Good experience on renting!! but inside needs some attention!! Like beds need new mattresses, Coffee pot toaster plastic shower curtains need to be replaced, leftover food from previous renters and cabinets and lack of storage! Overall nice place had a good time 👍🏻
