  • Dog Friendly - Beach Bungalow- Locally owned/operated. Inspected at each turnover. Three bedroom charmer set between two access points. Ocean views. Gas grill, outdoor seating, sand chairs and more. Half a block to beach access. Check-out time is 9:30am. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded in the summer.

    Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
    Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

We loved our stay here and we will be back! The beach accesses were so close one had steps and the other we could ride our bikes through. It was a great place!

Our stay with our doggos was great. The host was fantastic with communication and we found the home comfortable and clean. Fabulous sunrise views and super close to beach accesses. Would definitely stay again!

It was fantastic! Great location! Love that we could have our dogs! It was clean and comfortable. Easy to feel at home! The host was friendly and easy to reach. So close to the beach and great that there were chairs, and a wagon to cart everything. Definitely would recommend and plan on going back sometime in the future. Absolutely awesome! Love it!!!!

We just returned from a great trip. The home was immaculate and had a lot of nice, small touches. We loved the outdoor shower. We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. Michelle was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We plan to return.

Great location, lots of beach items (chairs, wagon, grill). Communication with the property manager was excellent. Michelle went out of her way to ensure we had a nice stay and were comfortable in the home. Highly recommend!

Michelle and her property were fantastic! We got to experience our first trip with our newborn and the spot worked perfectly. We placed our bassinet in the double bunk bed room and setup our monitor. We had great views from the balcony, and we were able to walk our border collie close by at the apartments for some real grass....which is hard to find in a beach sand area. We love Topsail/Surf City and this has shot straight to the top of our return list! Thank you greatly for the stay!

The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need! I could've brought half of what I packed and still been well prepared for the beach with everything there. It's in an incredible location and you can see the beach perfectly. The beach access is relatively close - the provided sand cart makes things so much easier. Our pups hung out on the beach with us the whole time. We were able to get food delivered no problem also. I really liked the backyard for the dogs to give them some freedom outside. I spent a lot of time out on the porch just watching the waves. I definitely plan to return.
