"Needs a deep cleaning and the cookware needs to be replaced as they are extremely stained. There are also exposed wires in the cabinet above the stove. There’s a nail sticking out right below the sink that put holes in two of my 30 nursing shirts. "

It was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids).We loved being just a short walk from the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub.The location was convenient—right off routes 3 and 93, and only about 10 minutes from Woodstock, Lincoln, and lots of local attractions. "Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

"We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the fancy beach chairs! I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Wolfeboro "
