"Liked the location. Nice room. When I pulled down the comforter at 11pm I found specks of blood on the sheet. That was disappointing. I just covered with a towel. Wish they offered convenience items, bottles of water and breakfast. Otherwise. It was clean, friendly, amazing location."

"Old hotel under renovations"

"When checking in, I asked if there was an upgrade available, they had a King room but were going to charge the difference, understandable, but I opted to stay with my queen room and rate. I had an issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. I requested if maintenance could look into it and repair, I was heading out for the day so timing was not an issue. I arrived back in my room around 3pm. As soon as I as I unlocked the door the telephone rang, it was the main desk explaining that maintenance...

"They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law."

"Staff was great, check-in was easy. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside, the rooms are beautiful, look to be freshly redone, clean and quality! A little noisy with the busy street nearby though."

"Old, poor condition. Very hot in the room even with 2 floor fans. Fridge didn't work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Chair in front of TV almost broke through when I sT in it. ..... The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful, band the front desk people were nice. The room was as I expected for the low price. I would stay there again as a last choice as it's close to BC Ferries."

"Location was close to where we needed to be for event. Massive confusion with our reservation but staff member took the time to figure things out. Rooms are ok. Flooring and beds were updated but walls need to be painted. Updated furniture would make the rooms more appealing. Old mixed with new look……old stood out."
