  • La hermosa Mill House Cottage está ubicado en los terrenos de La Casa del Molino (circa 1853), a orillas del río Carbón y junto al famoso puente de Richmond (1823). Esta casa de campo privada maravillosamente restaurada es totalmente independiente con todas las comodidades modernas - ropa de cama incluida y disposiciones para un desayuno ligero. Historic, beautiful, peaceful setting... And inside this amazing cottage everything we could want was provided and with generosity, it was so good in so many ways!

The property was perfect, very clean & in a great position for exploring Richmond Town.Parking is very easy & we simply left the car there & walked.We had a great view of historic Richmond Bridge & the river & really enjoyed exploring the grounds of the Old Mill & Richmond itself with all it's quirky cafes & shops.IGA in the centre of town is the answer to all your grocery needs.Rob & Sue, our hosts, were absolutely wonderful, the provisions they supplied &, especially, the daily loaf of bread, were extremely generous & went above & beyond our expectations. If I had to score the property & hosts I would give them a 15/10.We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place here.

Beautiful location

This is the perfect location in the heart of Richmond. The view of the famous bridge is breathtaking and everything in town is only a short walk away. The kitchen was well stocked and our hosts were lovely and welcoming. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Holiday Highlight

The Mill House Cottage is a great place to stay. The cottage, the Mill house and gardens are overwhelmingly beautiful. The location is perfect to discover Richmond and surrounds. Hosts are wonderful. Always responsive and helpful. Such a great piece of history is in very good hands.

Set in a quiet area overlooking the oldest bridge in Australia, the mill house cottage is a delightful place to stay. The cottage is well maintained and comfortably furnished. We also appreciated being surrounded by a garden setting. The hosts living in a house on the property were kind enough to leave us with breakfast provisions with a loaf of home baked bread each day.
