Set in the heart of New Norfolk, this beautifully renovated home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space and convenience. Just a short stroll to cafes, shops and the iconic Bush Inn, it’s the ideal base to explore the Derwent Valley. With stylish interiors, multiple sleeping options and year-round comfort from ducted air conditioning, this inviting retreat is perfect for families, groups or anyone looking to unwind and experience Tasmania’s charm.
This beautifully renovated three-bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and flexibility for a wide range of guests. The layout is spacious and welcoming, with a light-filled living area that flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen space, creating the perfect environment for relaxing or entertaining. The lounge features a comfortable sofa (which converts into a bed if required), a flat-screen TV and a sound system, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including modern appliances, plenty of bench space and thoughtful extras like an air fryer/digital cook pan, perfect for easy meals. The adjoining dining area provides a great space for shared meals and conversation.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, offering a spacious and restful retreat. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, with a queen bed and a set of single bunks. The additional sofa bed in the living room provides further flexibility for larger groups.
The bathroom is clean and functional, and there is also a separate toilet located in the external laundry for added convenience. The fully equipped external laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and everything needed for longer stays.
