Roope Cottage is a charming property located in one of Hobart`s most historic inner suburbs, close to local shops, cafes, and the CBD. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 1 single, perfect for couples and families. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large family bathroom and laundry and is a 5-minute drive to the North Hobart restaurant strip. Professionally cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided.

The house has many character features, typical of the era it was built, and has a very homely feel. All bedrooms have new panel heaters, and the living area has reverse cycle air conditioning. There is off street parking for your use and the house also has a large and secure back yard with an outdoor dining area, great for relaxing with a cool drink after your day in Hobart.
The cottage is fully compliant with local council regulations and has a current permit for short stay visitor accommodation.

We can meet and greet you at the property on your arrival or can arrange access to the key-box. We live close by so are only a phone call away.

Portacot and high chair can be provided on request but guests will need to bring their own infant linen and blankets.
No loud noise after 10pm. Please ensure you have the AIRBNB APP on your phone or device before and during your stay and access to your account as all communication and instructions will be only available via AIRBNB messaging. Please note AIRBNB require reservations booked for personal travel to be booked by the person who`s going to stay at the property. Number of guests cannot exceed number booked for. On departure home must be left in a neat and tidy condition.
• Kitchen items washed and packed away.
• Dishwasher emptied.
• Rubbish and recycling put in outdoor bins.
• All lights and heating turned off.
• House keys left on the kitchen table and spare key returned to the lock box outside.
