The property is very comfortable, has reverse cycle air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living and dining area. There is private sunny outdoor area, which is the perfect place to come back to and relax with a cool drink after enjoying your day in Hobart and beyond. Parking on site.
The Space:
The home has been furnished with guest comfort in mind and is suitable for couples of small families with children.
On the ground floor is the main living area with kitchen, laundry and separate toilet. The laundry contains a washing machine and dryer.
The bedroom are upstairs with a queen in the main and double in the second bedroom
Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the property for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet, friendly neighbourhood yet not far from the city centre. A great place to call home when visiting Hobart. There is also a childs playground at the top of the driveway, where the kids can play while you relax with a coffee
Getting Around:
It's probably best that you have a car however its only a short taxi or Uber ride of 15 minutes to the airport, and 7 minutes in to the City.

The home is professionally cleaned between guests and all linen is provided by our linen service, so you can be confident that you will be have a clean and fresh property to enjoy during your stay.

We leave guests to enjoy the property with privacy during their stay, however are locals so are not far away if you have any issues or concerns
