The space
Wake up to breathtaking views of Kunanyi (Mt Wellington) and Hobart city from both bedrooms and experience the charm of yesteryear with our newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment.

The upstairs apartment has 2 good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, and basic cooking utilities including a stove, oven, pots and pans.

A combination lounge/dining set, provides a great space to eat or nibble while chatting and relaxing or just watching television.

The bathroom has a full-sized bathtub with a combined shower.

The building contains 4 individual apartments. You will have sole access to Apartment 1 and will also have access to one under-cover parking space.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-storey building which is accessible via 2 flights of internal stairs (see photos).
